3. Installation Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly and mounting of your RIVECO 2U Wall Mount Rack.
3.1 Assembly
- Step 1: Loosen M5 Screws. Keep the positioning M5 screws loose. This allows for adjustment of the wing plates in the next step.
- Step 2: Adjust and Tighten Wing Plates. Push the wing plates aside to the end, then fasten the horizontal screws tightly. This ensures the 19-inch width is accurate for your equipment.
- Step 3: Complete Assembly. The rack assembly is now complete.

3.2 Mounting Options
The RIVECO 2U rack can be mounted vertically on a wall or horizontally under a desk.
- Vertical Wall Mount: Use the provided wall mounting bolts to secure the rack to a sturdy wall surface. Ensure the mounting location can support the weight of the rack and all intended equipment.
- Under-Desk Mount: Attach the rack horizontally to the underside of a desk or shelf using appropriate fasteners.

4. Operating Instructions
Once the rack is securely mounted, you can install your 19-inch standard equipment. Use the provided M6 screws and cage nuts to secure devices to the rack rails. Ensure proper weight distribution to maintain stability.
- Equipment Compatibility: The rack is designed for 19-inch wide equipment.
- Load Capacity: The rack supports a maximum load of 66-99 LBS (30-45 kg). Do not exceed this weight limit.
- Cable Management: Plan your cable routing to ensure proper airflow and easy access for maintenance.

5. Maintenance

- Ensure all assembly screws are securely tightened.
