- Tuner does not power on: Check if the CR2032 battery is installed correctly with the positive (+) side up. Replace the battery if it is depleted.
- Inaccurate or inconsistent readings:
- Ensure the tuner is securely clipped to the instrument's headstock. A loose connection can affect vibration detection.
- Make sure you are plucking only one string at a time clearly.
- Verify that the correct tuning mode (C, G, B, V, U) is selected for your instrument.
- Avoid tuning in excessively noisy environments, although the vibration sensor minimizes external interference.
- Display is dim: This usually indicates a low battery. Replace the CR2032 battery.
8. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the tuner with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the tuner in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery: If the tuner will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to remove the battery to prevent leakage.
