Setup and Installation
This headlight assembly is designed for direct replacement (Plug-and-Play). No splicing is needed for basic functionality. However, professional installation is recommended for optimal performance and safety.
1. HID Bulb Installation (Low Beam)
The low beam requires D2H/D2S bulbs and a ballast with a decoder (not included). Follow these steps to install the HID bulb:
- Open the low beam cover on the rear of the headlight assembly.
- Remove the buckle inside the low beam cover.
- Carefully clamp the HID bulb into the designated slot.
- Reinstall the HID bulb assembly into the headlight.
- Remove the waterproof rubber ring from the cover, then pass the plug through it.
- Ensure the waterproof rubber ring on the HID bulb is sealed well with the gap in the middle of the cover to prevent water ingress or fogging.
- Connect the black negative wire to the bulb's negative wire, and the red positive wire to the bulb's positive wire. (Incorrect wiring will prevent the bulb from lighting).
- Arrange the wiring harness neatly and close the lid securely.
- Connect the exposed plug to the ballast plug.
- Fix the ballast securely on the car.

- Test all lighting functions (DRL, turn signals, low beam, high beam) before fully reassembling the vehicle.
- Adjust headlight aim as needed after installation.

Maintenance
- Regularly clean the headlight lenses with a soft cloth and mild automotive cleaner to maintain clarity and light output.
- Inspect wiring and connections periodically for any signs of wear or damage.
- Ensure the rear covers are securely fastened to maintain the waterproof seal.
Troubleshooting
1. Water Ingress or Fogging
If you observe water ingress or fogging inside the headlight, ensure that the waterproof rubber ring on the HID bulb cover is properly sealed. Improper sealing can lead to moisture issues.
2. Bulb Not Lighting
If a bulb does not light, verify that the black negative wire is connected to the bulb's negative wire and the red positive wire is connected to the bulb's positive wire. Incorrect wiring will prevent the bulb from functioning.
3. Demon Eyes Not Functioning
If the demon eyes are not working, ensure the specific black wire labeled "Demon eyes" is properly plugged in. If you wish to disable them, unplug this wire.
