3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Mounting

The UNO2-PS/1AC/24DC/480W power supply is designed for mounting on a standard 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60715). Ensure adequate ventilation space around the unit (minimum 20 mm top/bottom, 10 mm sides) to prevent overheating.

  1. Hook the top edge of the power supply onto the DIN rail.
  2. Press the bottom edge firmly until it clicks into place.
  3. Verify that the unit is securely fastened to the DIN rail.

3.2 Wiring

Connect the input and output wiring according to the terminal markings on the device. Use appropriate wire gauges for the current ratings.

  • Input (AC): Connect the single-phase AC input to the terminals marked L and N. Connect the protective earth (PE) to the designated ground terminal. Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (e.g., 100-240 V AC).
  • Output (DC): Connect the 24 V DC output to the terminals marked + and -. Observe correct polarity. The output is rated for 480 W.
