- 2 x Sensor Cover Tools
- 1 x Wrench (for sensor installation)
- 1 x User Manual (this document)
3. Product Features
- Real-Time Monitoring: Simultaneously monitors tire pressure and temperature for all four tires.
- Digital LCD Screen: Displays tire pressure, temperature, and vehicle battery voltage.
- Adjustable Units: Selectable pressure units ("PSI", "BAR") and temperature units ("℃", "℉").
- Adjustable Alert Values: Customizable pressure and temperature alert thresholds (default 29-44 PSI / 2.0-3.0 Bar).
- Easy Installation: External sensors are designed for quick and convenient installation within 15 minutes without tire removal.
- Waterproof Sensors: IP67 rated sensors for durability in various weather conditions.
- Anti-Theft Design: Sensors include an anti-theft feature.
- High Accuracy: Provides precise temperature and pressure readings with strong anti-interference capabilities.
- Safety Warnings: Supports visual and audible warnings for tire leakage, high/low pressure, and high temperature.
4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Display Unit Installation
Insert the TPMS display unit into your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket. Ensure it is securely seated and powered on. The unit will automatically begin monitoring once the sensors are installed and paired.

Figure 4.2: TPMS display unit integrated into a car's interior, displaying real-time tire data.
4.2 External Sensor Installation
- Unscrew the original valve cap from each tire.
- Screw on the anti-theft nut onto the valve stem.
- Screw the external sensor onto the valve stem until it is hand-tight.
- Using the provided wrench, tighten the anti-theft nut against the sensor to secure it.
- Repeat for all four tires. Ensure each sensor is installed on the correct tire (e.g., front left, front right, rear left, rear right) as indicated on the sensor or in the display unit's pairing process.
The sensors are designed for quick installation, typically within 15 minutes for all four tires. No special tools beyond the included wrench are required, and tire removal is not necessary.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Display Overview

Figure 5.1: Overview of the TPMS display unit and its components.
The display unit shows real-time pressure and temperature for each tire, along with the vehicle's battery voltage. Use the "SELECT KEY" buttons to navigate through settings or confirm selections.
5.2 Monitoring Modes and Warnings

Figure 5.2: Various monitoring and warning modes of the TPMS.
The system provides comprehensive monitoring and alerts for:
- Fast Leakage Warning: Alerts you to rapid air loss.
- High Pressure Warning: Notifies if tire pressure exceeds the set upper limit.
- Low Pressure Warning: Notifies if tire pressure falls below the set lower limit.
- High Temperature Warning: Alerts if tire temperature exceeds the set limit.
- Real-time Pressure Warning: Continuous monitoring for any significant pressure changes.
- Vehicle Battery Voltage Monitoring: Displays the vehicle's battery voltage.
When an alert condition is detected, the display unit will provide both visual and audible warnings. Address any warnings promptly to ensure driving safety.
5.3 Setting Pressure and Temperature Units
Refer to the display unit's on-screen menu (accessed via the "SELECT KEY" buttons) to change the pressure unit between PSI and BAR, and the temperature unit between ℃ and ℉. Consult the display unit's specific menu navigation for detailed steps.
5.4 Adjusting Alert Thresholds
The default pressure alert range is 29-44 PSI (2.0-3.0 Bar). You can adjust these high and low pressure thresholds, as well as the high temperature threshold, through the display unit's settings menu. It is recommended to set these values according to your vehicle manufacturer's specifications and local driving conditions.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Sensor Battery Replacement
Each external sensor is powered by a CR1632 button cell battery. When a sensor battery is low, the display unit will indicate it. To replace the battery:
- Unscrew the anti-theft nut and remove the sensor from the tire valve.
- Use the sensor cover tool to carefully open the sensor casing.
- Remove the old CR1632 battery and insert a new one, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the sensor casing securely and re-install the sensor onto the tire valve, tightening the anti-theft nut.
6.2 Cleaning
Wipe the display unit and sensors with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, which may damage the surfaces or internal components. The sensors are IP67 waterproof, but avoid prolonged submersion.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Display unit not powering on. | Cigarette lighter socket not providing power; loose connection. | Check vehicle's cigarette lighter fuse. Ensure the display unit is fully inserted into the socket. |
| No tire data displayed / Sensor not connecting. | Sensor battery low or depleted; sensor not installed correctly; interference. | Replace sensor battery. Re-install sensor securely. Drive for a few minutes to allow sensors to transmit data. Check for strong electromagnetic interference. |
| Inaccurate pressure/temperature readings. | Sensor malfunction; incorrect unit settings. | Verify unit settings (PSI/BAR, ℃/℉). Compare readings with a reliable tire gauge. If persistent, contact support. |
| Audible alarm sounds frequently. | Tire pressure/temperature outside set thresholds; thresholds set too narrowly. | Check tire pressure and temperature. Adjust tire pressure to recommended levels. Review and adjust alert thresholds if necessary. |
