Setup and Assembly

- Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface. Identify each part using the provided assembly diagram and ensure all pieces are present.
- Attach Wheels to Base: Secure the four swivel wheels to the bottom of the rustic brown particleboard shelf. Ensure the two wheels with brakes are positioned as desired for easy access.
- Assemble Base Frame: Connect the lower steel pipe sections to the particleboard shelf, forming the base structure.
- Install Vertical Supports: Attach the vertical steel pipes to the base frame. These will support the main hanging rail.
- Attach Main Hanging Rail: Secure the main horizontal hanging rail to the top of the vertical supports. Ensure it is firmly connected.
- Insert Extendable Bars: Slide the extendable bars into each end of the main hanging rail. These can be pulled out to increase hanging space.

Troubleshooting
- Rack is Wobbly: Ensure all screws and connections are fully tightened. Check that the rack is on a flat, even surface.
- Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly: Check for any debris or obstructions caught in the wheels. Ensure the wheel brakes are disengaged.
- Parts Do Not Fit: Double-check the assembly diagram to ensure you are using the correct parts for each step. Some parts may look similar but have slight differences. Do not force parts together.
