Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically requires two people. Follow the numbered steps in the included assembly diagram. Ensure all connections are secure but do not overtighten until instructed.

- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out. Verify against the parts list.
- Assemble Base Frame: Connect the main base supports using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure the frame is stable.
- Attach Upright Posts: Secure the vertical posts to the base frame.
- Install Pulleys: Mount the high and low pulleys according to the diagram. Ensure they are aligned for smooth cable operation.
- Route Cables: Carefully route the cables through the pulleys as shown in the assembly instructions. Ensure no kinks or twists.
- Attach Seat and Leg Rollers: Secure the adjustable seat and foam leg rollers. The seat height can be adjusted to three positions.
- Install Weight Plate Holders: Attach the weight plate holders. Note that the machine accommodates both 1-inch and 2-inch diameter weight plates.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, systematically tighten all bolts and nuts.

Operating Instructions
The Soozier LAT Pull Down Machine offers versatile training for various muscle groups, including biceps, forearms, lats, shoulders, traps, and triceps.
Adjusting the Seat

The seat can be adjusted to three different height positions. To adjust, loosen the adjustment knob, slide the seat to the desired height, and re-tighten the knob securely. Ensure the seat is stable before use.
Loading Weight Plates

Place standard 1-inch or Olympic 2-inch weight plates onto the designated holders. Use the included spring clips to secure the weights in place, preventing them from sliding off during exercise.
Exercise Modes: Lat Pulldown and Low Row

- Lat Pulldown:
- Attach the lat pulldown bar to the high pulley cable.
- Adjust the seat height so your thighs are securely under the foam rollers.
- Grasp the bar with an overhand grip, slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Pull the bar down towards your upper chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return the bar to the starting position, controlling the weight.
- Low Row:
- Attach the low row cable handle to the low pulley cable.
- Sit on the floor with your feet braced against the footplates (if applicable) or the machine's base.
- Grasp the handle with both hands.
- Pull the handle towards your lower abdomen, keeping your back straight and squeezing your shoulder blades.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position, controlling the weight.
Maintenance

- Cleaning: Wipe down the machine with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
