Operating Instructions

Regular lubrication of your treadmill belt is vital for optimal performance and longevity. Follow these steps for effective application:

  1. 1. Prepare the Lubricant: Install the pointed cap with the attached tube onto the lubricant bottle. Ensure it is securely fastened.

  2. 2. Access the Treadmill Belt: Carefully lift the treadmill belt on one side. Insert the application tube underneath the belt, positioning it about halfway across the width of the belt.

  4. 4. Repeat on Opposite Side: Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the opposite side of the treadmill belt to ensure even distribution.

  5. 5. Distribute Lubricant: Turn on the treadmill and walk or jog for 3 minutes at a low speed (e.g., 1-2 mph) to evenly spread the lubricant across the entire belt surface.
