Operating Instructions
Regular lubrication of your treadmill belt is vital for optimal performance and longevity. Follow these steps for effective application:
1. Prepare the Lubricant: Install the pointed cap with the attached tube onto the lubricant bottle. Ensure it is securely fastened.
2. Access the Treadmill Belt: Carefully lift the treadmill belt on one side. Insert the application tube underneath the belt, positioning it about halfway across the width of the belt.

3. Apply Lubricant: Apply approximately 1/2 ounce (about 1/8 of the bottle) of lubricant. Dispense the lubricant from the center of the belt towards the outer edge in a zigzag pattern.
4. Repeat on Opposite Side: Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the opposite side of the treadmill belt to ensure even distribution.
5. Distribute Lubricant: Turn on the treadmill and walk or jog for 3 minutes at a low speed (e.g., 1-2 mph) to evenly spread the lubricant across the entire belt surface.

- Moderate Use (3-5 hours/week): Lubricate every 3 months.
- Heavy Use (more than 5 hours/week): Lubricate every 1-2 months.
