2. Access the Treadmill Belt: Carefully lift the treadmill belt on one side. Insert the application tube underneath the belt, positioning it about halfway across the width of the belt.

4. Repeat on Opposite Side: Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the opposite side of the treadmill belt to ensure even distribution.
5. Distribute Lubricant: Turn on the treadmill and walk or jog for 3 minutes at a low speed (e.g., 1-2 mph) to evenly spread the lubricant across the entire belt surface.
