Setup

Unpacking and Placement

Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging. Place the unit on a firm, level surface, ensuring there is adequate space around all sides for optimal airflow. The unit measures 12.4 inches (D) x 12.4 inches (W) x 24.6 inches (H).

Filter Installation

• Timer: Set operation for 0-8 hours.
• Sleep Mode: Dims panel lights for discreet operation.

• Child Lock: Prevents accidental changes to settings.

Maintenance

Filter Replacement

The replacement filter (B08Y9CQ9B9) for the Medify MA-50 lasts approximately 2,500 hours or about 3-4 months, depending on usage and air quality. The filter replacement indicator on the control panel will illuminate when it's time to change the filter. To reset the filter indicator after replacement, press and hold the dimmer button for three seconds until the light turns off.

Cleaning the Unit

Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth as needed to remove dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Troubleshooting

• Unit not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the power button has been pressed.
• Reduced airflow or unusual noise: Check if filters are clogged and require replacement. Ensure there are no obstructions around the air intake or output vents.
• Filter indicator light remains on after replacement: Refer to the "Filter Replacement" section for instructions on how to reset the indicator.
• Odor persists: Ensure filters are correctly installed and not expired. Consider replacing filters if they are old or heavily used.
