6.1 Battery Care

  • To maximize battery life, ensure the UPS is always connected to a power outlet to keep the batteries charged.
  • Perform a full discharge and recharge cycle every 3-6 months to calibrate the battery and ensure optimal performance.
  • Batteries are consumable items and will eventually need replacement. The expected lifespan of the internal AGM batteries is up to 5 years under normal operating conditions.
  • Battery Replacement: Battery replacement should only be performed by qualified personnel. Contact Green Cell support for guidance on obtaining replacement batteries and service.

6.2 Cleaning

  • Disconnect the UPS from the power outlet before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the UPS. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
  • Keep the ventilation openings clear of dust and debris to ensure proper cooling.
