Assembly Instructions

Assembly is designed to be quick and easy, typically taking only a few minutes. Follow these steps:

1. Unpack and Unfold Frame Sections: Carefully remove the two main bed frame sections from the packaging. Place them side-by-side on a clean, flat surface. Unfold each section by extending the legs outwards until they lock into place.

2. Secure Folding Legs: For each folding leg, locate the wing nut. Loosen the wing nut, position the support arm into the slot, and then tighten the wing nut to secure the leg in its extended position. You may need to apply slight pressure or pull on the leg to align the arm correctly. Repeat for all eight folding legs (four on each main section).

3. Connect Frame Sections (Outer): Position the two unfolded frame sections next to each other. Use the four 'N' connecting bars and eight bolts (M6x25mm) to join the outer edges of the two sections. Insert the bolts through the holes and tighten them securely with the provided Allen wrench.
4. Connect Frame Sections (Center): Use the two 'P' connecting bars and four bolts (M6x25mm) to join the central parts of the two sections. Ensure these are also tightened securely.
5. Install Non-slip Mattress Gaskets: Insert the non-slip mattress gaskets around the bedside edges of the frame. These gaskets help to keep your mattress stable and prevent it from sliding.
6. Final Check: Verify that all legs are fully extended and locked, and all bolts are securely tightened. The frame should be stable and level.

Operating Instructions

This bed frame is designed for straightforward use and offers convenient features:

• Mattress Placement: The ZIYOO bed frame is designed to be used without a box spring. Simply place your mattress directly onto the sturdy steel slats. It is compatible with various mattress types including latex, spring, and memory foam.
• Under-Bed Storage: The 14-inch height provides approximately 12 inches of clearance underneath, offering ample space for storage bins, boxes, or other items.

• Folding for Storage/Moving: To fold the bed frame, first remove the mattress. Then, loosen the wing nuts on the support arms and fold the legs inward. The two main sections can then be folded in half and stored compactly.

• Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used. Dry thoroughly immediately after cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Fastener Check: Periodically inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose fasteners to maintain stability and prevent noise.
