5. Setup and Installation

Before You Begin:

  • Turn off the main water supply.
  • Clear the area under the sink.
  • Ensure all package contents are present.
  • Tools required: Adjustable wrench, Phillips screwdriver, plumber's putty or silicone sealant, flashlight.

Installation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Sink Hole: For 1-hole installation, no deck plate is needed. For 3-hole installation, place the deck plate over the sink holes. Ensure the mounting hole size is 1.4-1.5 inches and countertop thickness is a maximum of 2 inches.
  2. Install the Faucet Body: Insert the faucet body through the hole(s) in the sink or deck plate. Ensure the faucet is oriented correctly.
  3. Secure the Faucet: From underneath the sink, place the rubber washer, then the metal washer, and finally thread the mounting nut onto the faucet shank. Tighten the nut securely using the provided wrench or an adjustable wrench.
  4. Connect Water Supply Lines: Attach the hot and cold water supply lines to the corresponding valves under the sink. The faucet includes 3/8" standard pipe connections. Use Teflon tape on threaded connections to prevent leaks.
  5. Install the Sprayer Hose and Weight: Connect the pull-down sprayer hose to the quick-connect fitting on the faucet's main body. Attach the weight to the lowest point of the pull-down hose under the sink to ensure smooth retraction.
  6. Test for Leaks: Turn on the main water supply slowly and check all connections for leaks. Operate the faucet in all modes to ensure proper function.

  • Water Flow and Temperature Control: The single handle controls both water flow and temperature. Lift the handle to turn on the water and adjust the flow. Move the handle left for hot water and right for cold water.
  • Switching Spray Modes: The sprayer head features a button to toggle between stream, spray, and pause functions. Press the button to cycle through the modes.
  • Pull-Down Sprayer: Gently pull the sprayer head down from the spout to extend the hose. The hose will retract automatically when released, guided by the weight installed underneath the sink.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Faucet: Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
  • Cleaning the Sprayer Nozzles: The rubber nozzles on the sprayer head are designed for easy cleaning. Simply rub them with your finger or a soft brush to remove mineral buildup.
  • Aerator Maintenance: If water flow decreases, the aerator may be clogged. Unscrew the aerator from the sprayer head, clean any debris, and reattach.
  • Checking for Leaks: Periodically inspect all connections under the sink for any signs of leaks. Tighten connections as needed.
