Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. The ONCE FOR ALL Mandoline Slicer is engineered with a hidden blade design to minimize direct contact with sharp edges, significantly reducing the risk of injury. Always use the provided food holder/pusher when operating the slicer, especially as the food item becomes smaller. Keep fingers and hands clear of the blade area during operation and cleaning.

Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present: the main slicer unit, food feeder/pusher, and collection container.
- Assemble Food Feeder: Push the snap up to install the food feeder onto the main unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Extend Legs: Pull the legs out until they click into their locked position. This provides stability during operation.
- Secure to Surface: The base of the slicer is equipped with six strong suction cups. Press down firmly on the unit to engage these suckers, ensuring the vegetable cutter is stable and does not move during use.
- Position Collection Container: Place the transparent collection container directly underneath the blade opening to catch sliced vegetables.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Thickness and Cut Type:
The ONCE FOR ALL Mandoline Slicer offers adjustable thickness from 0.1mm to 8mm and various cutting modes without needing to change blades. Use the knobs on the back of the unit to select your desired thickness and cut type.
- Thickness Regulation: Rotate the thickness regulation knob to adjust the slice thickness from 0.1mm to 8mm.
- Shape Regulation: Rotate the shape regulation knob to choose between different cutting styles: Julienne, Strip, or Cube (Dice).

Cutting Procedure:
- Prepare Food: Ensure your vegetable or fruit is appropriately sized to fit into the food feeder. For larger items, you may need to cut them into smaller, manageable pieces.
- Place Food: Insert the food item into the food feeder.
- Use Pusher: Place the food pusher on top of the food item. This keeps your hands safe and applies even pressure.
- Operate: Press down on the handle of the food pusher and move it up and down in a steady motion. The hidden blades will cut the food as it passes through, depositing the pieces into the collection container below.

Troubleshooting
- Food Getting Stuck: If food pieces are getting stuck, ensure the slicer is properly secured to the countertop using the suction cups. Also, verify that the food item is not too large for the feeder chute. Apply steady, even pressure with the food pusher.
- Inconsistent Cuts: Check that the thickness and shape regulation knobs are securely set to your desired position. Ensure the food item is placed correctly and moved consistently through the slicer.
- Difficulty Slicing Hard Vegetables: For very hard vegetables like large carrots or potatoes, ensure they are cut into smaller, more manageable pieces before feeding them into the slicer. Apply firm, consistent pressure.
- Cleaning Difficulties: For stubborn food residues, soak the unit in warm, soapy water for a few minutes before using the cleaning brush. Ensure all nooks and crannies are thoroughly rinsed.
