2. Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Exercise caution when handling the greenhouse in cold weather or high winds due to potential injury from the metal frame and sharp edges.
- Ensure the greenhouse is securely anchored to the ground to prevent it from being blown over by wind.
- Do not use the greenhouse near open flames or heat sources.
- Keep children and pets away from the greenhouse during assembly and ensure it is stable before allowing access.
- Regularly inspect the frame and cover for any signs of wear or damage. Replace damaged parts immediately.
3. Setup and Assembly
The Outsunny Portable Greenhouse is designed for tool-free assembly. All necessary components are included and clearly labeled for a straightforward setup process.
3.1 Unpacking and Component Check
- Carefully open the packaging and remove all components.
- Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present and undamaged. Components are typically labeled for easy identification.

3.2 Frame Assembly
- Connect the steel frame poles by snapping them into the plastic connectors. Ensure each connection is secure.
- Follow the provided diagrams to construct the base, sides, and roof structure of the greenhouse.
3.3 Cover Installation
- Once the frame is complete, carefully drape the chosen cover (PE or PVC) over the frame.
- Ensure the cover fits snugly over the entire frame.
- Secure the cover to the frame using any integrated ties or fasteners.
- Bury the extended edges of the cover deep into the soil (approximately 10cm / 4 inches) or weigh them down with heavy objects to enhance stability against wind.
- Utilize ground stakes for additional stability, especially in windy conditions.

4. Operating Instructions
This portable greenhouse is designed to create an optimal growing environment for your plants.
4.1 Cover Selection and Usage
Your greenhouse comes with two replaceable covers: a PE cover and a PVC cover. Each offers specific benefits:
- PE Cover: Features a reinforced grid, maintains humidity, blocks UV rays, and allows approximately 85% sunlight through. Ideal for general use and warmer months.
- PVC Cover: Provides UV protection, is tear-proof, and offers enhanced heat preservation. Use this cover during cooler months or when additional warmth is required.
You can use a single cover in warm months and add the second when cooler for double protection.

4.2 Ventilation and Access
The greenhouse features zippered roll-up sidewalls and windows to manage temperature and humidity.
- Roll-Up Windows: Unzip and roll up the windows to allow for good ventilation and regulate internal temperature. Secure the rolled-up windows with the integrated ties.
- Zippered Sidewalls: The zippered sidewalls provide easy access to your plants for watering, pruning, and harvesting.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the lifespan of your Outsunny Portable Greenhouse.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the covers with mild soap and water to ensure maximum light penetration. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
- Inspection: Regularly check the steel frame for rust or damage. Inspect the PE/PVC covers for tears or excessive wear.
- Zipper Care: Keep zippers clean and free of debris. Operate them gently to prevent damage.
- Snow Removal: In snowy conditions, gently remove accumulated snow from the roof to prevent excessive weight and potential damage to the frame and cover. The sloped top helps prevent sagging, but heavy snow should still be cleared.
- Anchoring: Re-check ground stakes and buried edges periodically, especially after strong winds or heavy rain, to ensure continued stability.
6. Troubleshooting
Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:
- Greenhouse instability in wind: Ensure the extended edges of the cover are deeply buried in the soil or weighted down. Use additional ground stakes or tie-downs if necessary.
- Poor plant growth: Check ventilation. Ensure roll-up windows are opened during warm periods to prevent overheating. Verify that the correct cover (PE or PVC) is used for the current climate conditions to optimize light and temperature.
- Water pooling on roof: While the sloped top is designed to prevent this, heavy rain or snow can sometimes cause minor pooling. Gently tap the roof from the inside to dislodge water or snow. Ensure the frame is correctly assembled and taut.
- Difficulty with zippers: Clean any dirt or debris from the zipper teeth. Apply a silicone-based lubricant if zippers are stiff. Avoid forcing them.
