4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Unfolding the Light

1. Carefully remove the AGLEX M320 LED Grow Light from its packaging.
2. The light is designed with a 180° folding function for compact storage and easy transport. Gently unfold the light bars until they are fully extended and locked into position.

4.2 Hanging the Light

1. Attach the provided hanging kits to the designated points on the grow light fixture.
2. Use the retractable rope to suspend the light from a sturdy support structure (e.g., grow tent frame, ceiling hooks).
3. Adjust the height of the light according to the recommended distances for your plants' growth stage (refer to Section 5.3).

4.3 Power Connection

1. Ensure the dimmer knob on the light is set to 'OFF' or the lowest setting before connecting power.
2. Connect the power cord to the light fixture's power input.
3. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The light supports a wide input voltage of 100-277V.

4.4 Daisy Chain Connection (Optional)

The AGLEX M320 features a daisy-chain function, allowing you to connect and control multiple lights simultaneously using the RJ12 port. Up to 100 lights can be connected.

1. Connect one end of the RJ12 cable to the 'OUT' port of the first grow light.
2. Connect the other end of the RJ12 cable to the 'IN' port of the next grow light in the chain.
3. Repeat this process for all lights you wish to connect.
4. To control all connected lights from the first unit, ensure the dimmer knobs on all subsequent lights are set to 'A' (Auto/Daisy Chain mode). The first light's dimmer will then control the entire chain.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

Once connected to power, turn the dimmer knob clockwise to power on the light and increase brightness. Turn it counter-clockwise to decrease brightness and power off.

5.2 Dimming Function

The AGLEX M320 features a 4-level dimming knob, allowing adjustment from 0% to 100% brightness. This enables you to customize light intensity based on your plants' specific needs at different growth stages.

5.3 Full Spectrum Design

The light incorporates a full spectrum design, closely mimicking natural sunlight, which is beneficial for all plant growth stages. The spectrum includes:

• Warm White (3000K): Promotes flowering.
• Cool White (5000K): Promotes plant germination.
• Blue (460nm): Increases plant growth rate.

5.4 Recommended Usage for Growth Stages

The following table provides general guidelines for light height, dimming, and light cycle. These are reference values and may need adjustment based on specific plant types and environmental conditions.

5.5 PPFD Map

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

The light bars are covered with high-grade glue, making them easy to clean. To maintain optimal light output and efficiency, periodically clean the LED light bars. Ensure the light is disconnected from power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away any dust or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

6.2 Heat Dissipation

The light bar style and aluminum material contribute to efficient heat dissipation, ensuring a longer lifespan and stable performance. Ensure adequate airflow around the fixture. Do not block the ventilation openings on the light or driver.

• Light not turning on:
  • Check if the power cord is securely connected to both the light and the electrical outlet.

  • Ensure the dimmer knob is turned clockwise past the 'OFF' position.
• Dimming function not working:
  • If using daisy chain, ensure the dimmer on the individual light is not set to 'A' (Auto) if you intend to control it independently. If controlling via the first light in a chain, ensure all subsequent lights are set to 'A'.
  • Check for any visible damage to the dimmer knob or wiring.
• Excessive heat:
