3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. The case supports both USB Type-C cable charging and wireless charging.
- USB Type-C Charging: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
- Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on a compatible wireless charging pad.
The earbuds provide approximately 4 to 5 hours of continuous playback on a single charge. The charging case extends the total playback time to about 25 to 30 hours. A full charge for the case typically takes 1 hour.

3.2 Pairing with a Device
- Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select "YOBYBO NOTE20" from the list to connect.
The NOTE20 uses MCSync technology, allowing each earbud to receive signals directly from your device, enhancing connection stability and reducing delays. You can also use a single earbud by simply removing one from the case while leaving the other in.
3.3 Achieving a Comfortable Fit
The NOTE20 earbuds feature an ergonomic, asymmetrical design with patented short earpieces to ensure a comfortable fit without causing ear canal discomfort, even during extended use.
- Gently insert the earbud into your ear.
- Rotate the earbud slightly to find the most comfortable and secure angle. The asymmetrical design is intended to conform to the natural shape of your ear.
- If needed, try the alternative short earpieces provided to optimize the fit.

4. Operating Instructions
The YOBYBO NOTE20 earbuds feature touch controls for various functions:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud (functionality may vary by device).
The earbuds automatically power on when removed from the charging case and power off when placed back into the case.
5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your YOBYBO NOTE20 earbuds:
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
- Water Resistance: The earbuds are waterproof and sweatproof. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to strong jets of water or wearing them while swimming. Dry them thoroughly if they get wet.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or high humidity.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your YOBYBO NOTE20 earbuds, try the following steps:
6.1 No Sound or Intermittent Connection
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are selected.
- Try placing the earbuds back in the case, closing it, and then reopening it to re-establish the connection.
- If the issue persists, unpair "YOBYBO NOTE20" from your device's Bluetooth settings and then repeat the pairing process (Section 3.2).
- Ensure there are no obstructions between your device and the earbuds.
6.2 Earbuds Not Charging
- Check that the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- If using wireless charging, ensure the case is correctly positioned on the charging pad.
- Verify that the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
- Ensure the charging case itself has sufficient power.
6.3 Poor Sound Quality
- Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears for a good seal.
- Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud nozzles.
- Try adjusting the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
