6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on the Pyle PPHP842B. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by 'BLUE' on the LED display and a flashing Bluetooth icon.
2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select 'PYLEUSA' from the list of devices.
4. Once paired, the unit will emit a confirmation tone, and the Bluetooth icon on the LED display will stop flashing.
5. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.

6.2 USB/SD Card Playback

1. Insert a USB flash drive or Micro SD card (pre-loaded with MP3 audio files) into the respective port/slot.
2. The unit will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playing audio. If it does not, press the 'Mode' button until 'USB' or 'SD' appears on the display.
3. Use the Playback controls (Previous, Play/Pause, Next) to navigate your music.

6.3 FM Radio

1. Press the 'Mode' button until 'FM' appears on the LED display.
2. Press and hold the 'Play/Pause' button to initiate an automatic station scan. The unit will scan and save available FM stations.
3. Use the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons to switch between saved stations.

6.4 Microphone Usage

1. Connect the wired microphone to the 'MIC IN' port.
2. Adjust the 'MIC VOL' knob to control the microphone's volume.
3. Adjust the 'ECHO' knob to add an echo effect to your voice.
4. The 'PRI' button (Microphone Priority) can be used to automatically lower background music volume when the microphone is in use.

6.5 Recording Function

3. Press 'REC' again to stop recording.
4. To play back recordings, press the 'REC PLAY' button.
