Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the speaker system. Connect the included Power Adapter to the DC 9V input port on the speaker's control panel and plug it into a standard wall outlet. The "Charge LED" indicator will illuminate during charging. A full charge typically takes approximately 5 hours and provides up to 3.5 hours of playback time.

2. Powering On/Off

Locate the "POWER" switch on the control panel. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the speaker. To power off, flip the switch to the 'OFF' position. It is recommended to power off the unit when not in use to prevent battery damage.

3. Microphone Connection

Plug the wired microphone into the "MIC IN" 6.5mm input jack on the control panel. Ensure the microphone's on/off switch is in the 'ON' position when in use.

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth Wireless Streaming

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on.
  2. The speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by "BT" on the LED display.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "PYLEUSA" from the list of devices to connect.
  5. Once paired, you can stream audio wirelessly. The wireless range is up to 32 feet.

2. USB Flash Memory & Micro SD Card Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or Micro SD card (up to 32GB, MP3 audio file support) into the respective slot on the control panel.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playing compatible audio files.
  3. Use the 'MODE', 'PREV', 'PLAY/PAUSE', and 'NEXT' buttons on the control panel or remote control to manage playback.

3. FM Radio

  1. Press the 'MODE' button until "FM" appears on the LED display.
  2. Press and hold the 'PLAY/PAUSE' button to auto-scan and save available FM stations.
  3. Use the 'PREV' and 'NEXT' buttons to navigate through saved stations.

4. Microphone Usage & Controls

  • Microphone Volume (MIC VOL): Adjust the volume of the microphone using the dedicated knob.
  • Echo: Turn the 'ECHO' knob to add or reduce echo effect to the microphone's output.
  • Microphone Priority (PRI): Activate this function to automatically lower the music volume when speaking into the microphone.

5. Party Lights (LED-SW)

Toggle the 'LED-SW' switch on the control panel to turn the multi-color flashing LED party lights on or off.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the speaker. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% and recharge every few months. Always turn off the power with the ON/OFF switch when not in use to prevent battery damage.
  • Avoid Moisture: Keep the speaker away from water and high humidity to prevent damage to internal components.
