Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your H2ofloss Water Flosser.

  • Empty and Dry Reservoir: After each use, empty any remaining water from the reservoir. It is recommended to detach the reservoir and allow it to air dry completely to prevent mold and mildew buildup.
  • Clean Jet Tips: Rinse the jet tips thoroughly under running water after each use. For deeper cleaning, tips can be soaked in a solution of 2 parts water to 1 part white vinegar for 15-20 minutes, then rinsed.
  • Wipe Down Unit: Wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth to remove any water spots or residue. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed to maintain its IPX7 waterproof rating.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your H2ofloss Water Flosser, try the following solutions:

  • Device Not Turning On: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for several hours.
  • Weak Water Pressure: Check if the reservoir is sufficiently filled with water. Ensure the jet tip is securely attached and not clogged. Try cleaning the tip or replacing it with a new one.
  • Water Leakage: Verify that the detachable reservoir is correctly seated and securely locked into the main unit. Ensure the water tank cover is tightly closed. If leakage persists, inspect the seals for any damage.
  • Unusual Noise: If the device makes unusual noises, ensure there is enough water in the reservoir and that the tip is properly installed. If the noise continues, discontinue use and contact customer support.
