Setup and Installation

Operating Instructions

• PTO Not Engaging:
  • Check all wiring connections to the switch for looseness or corrosion.
  • Ensure the equipment's safety interlocks (e.g., seat switch, parking brake switch) are functioning correctly. A faulty interlock can prevent PTO engagement.
  • Verify the switch is fully pulled out to the "ON" position.
  • Inspect the PTO clutch or belt system for mechanical issues.
• PTO Not Disengaging:
  • Ensure the switch is fully pushed in to the "OFF" position.
  • Check for any mechanical obstruction preventing the switch from returning to the "OFF" position.
  • Inspect the PTO clutch or brake mechanism for issues.
• Intermittent Operation:
  • This often indicates a loose or corroded electrical connection. Re-check all terminals.
  • The switch itself may be failing internally and require replacement.

If troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, consult a qualified service technician.
