1. Introduction

This versatile appliance combines the functions of a traditional oven with the efficiency of an air fryer, offering 7 distinct cooking modes to meet all your culinary needs. With its powerful 1700W heating system and 26-quart capacity, you can bake, roast, broil, toast, air fry, grill, and dehydrate a wide variety of foods. 2. Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic safety precautions.

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. Always use oven mitts or pot holders when handling hot materials.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.

• Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
• Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
• A fire may occur if the toaster oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation. Do not store any item on top of the appliance when in operation.

• Power/Timer Knob: Controls the cooking duration. Turn clockwise to set the timer up to 60 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off when the timer expires.
• Function Knob: Selects the desired cooking mode from the 7 available presets: Air Fry, Grill, Toast, Dehydrate, Bake, Roast, Broil.
• Air Fryer Temp Knob: Adjusts the temperature specifically for air frying functions, typically ranging from 200°F to 450°F.

4. Setup and First Use

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or stickers. Ensure all accessories are present.
2. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (air fry basket, baking pan, wire rack, spit rod) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Burn-Off Procedure: To eliminate any manufacturing odors, operate the oven empty for approximately 15-20 minutes. Set the Function knob to 'Bake', the Oven Temp knob to 450°F, and the Timer knob to 20 minutes. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial use; this is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

2. Close the oven door securely.

4. Adjust the Air Fryer Temp Knob or Oven Temp Knob to set the desired temperature.
5. Turn the Power/Timer Knob clockwise to set the cooking time. The oven will begin heating immediately. The power indicator light will illuminate.
6. To monitor cooking progress, press the Lamp Button to turn on the interior light.
7. When the timer reaches zero, the oven will automatically turn off and a bell will sound.
