Setup

1. Battery Installation
The Parkside PASSP 20-Li X20V operates with a 20V Parkside X20V Team series battery (not included). To install, align the battery with the slot at the base of the tool and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.

2. Attaching Sockets
This impact wrench features a 1/2-inch square tool holder. To attach a socket, simply push the socket onto the square drive until it is firmly seated. The product includes 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm CR-MO sockets.

Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the controls and functions before operating the tool.
1. Powering On/Off
The tool is activated by pressing the trigger switch. The speed is infinitely adjustable by varying the pressure on the trigger. Release the trigger to turn the tool off.
2. Torque Settings
The PASSP 20-Li X20V offers three adjustable torque levels: 130 Nm, 400 Nm, and 1356 Nm. Select the appropriate torque level based on the application and fastener requirements. Refer to the tool's controls for adjusting these settings.
3. Direction of Rotation
A forward/reverse switch allows you to change the direction of rotation for tightening or loosening fasteners. Ensure the switch is in the desired position before starting the tool.
4. Integrated LED Light
The tool is equipped with an integrated LED light that illuminates the work area when the trigger is pressed, improving visibility in dimly lit conditions.
5. Belt Clip

Maintenance

- Cleaning: Keep the ventilation openings clean and free from dust. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the tool's exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Brushless Motor: The brushless motor design significantly reduces wear and tear, requiring less maintenance compared to brushed motors. No carbon brush replacement is needed.

Troubleshooting

- Tool does not start: Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly inserted. Check if the forward/reverse switch is in the neutral (locked) position.
