4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your VUCATIMES WiFi Digital Picture Frame:

  1. Power Connection: Connect the provided power adapter to the DC input port on the back of the frame and then plug it into a power outlet. The frame will automatically power on.
  2. Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, time zone, and connect the frame to your WiFi network. Ensure the frame is connected to a stable WiFi network for content sharing.
  3. Install Whale Photo App: On your smartphone or tablet, download and install the "Whale Photo" application from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).

Important Note: The frame must remain connected to WiFi to receive new photos and videos. Your phone/tablet does not need to be on the same network as the frame to send files via the app.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Sending Photos and Videos

  • Open the "Whale Photo" app on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Select the photos or short videos you wish to send to the frame.
  • Confirm the frame you want to send the content to. The content will be wirelessly transmitted to your VUCATIMES frame.

The frame supports sharing of both photos and short videos. The app allows for continuous sharing of memories from anywhere.

5.2 Using the Remote Control

The compact remote control allows for easy navigation and control of the frame's functions. It can be magnetically attached to the back of the frame for convenient storage.

  • Navigation Buttons: Use arrow keys to navigate menus and select options.
  • OK Button: Confirms selections.
  • Power Button: Turns the screen on/off.

  • Playback Controls: Play, pause, skip for videos.
