5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Device

1. Before first use, fully charge the massage gun for approximately 3-4 hours.
2. Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the bottom of the massage gun.
3. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The LED indicator on the device will show charging status (e.g., flashing while charging, solid when fully charged).
4. The LED panel will display the battery level, allowing you to monitor charging progress.

5.2 Attaching Massage Heads

1. Ensure the device is turned off before attaching or removing any massage head.
2. Select the desired massage head.
3. Align the base of the massage head with the opening on the front of the gun.
4. Gently push the head firmly into the opening until it is securely seated. Do not twist forcefully.
5. To remove, gently pull the head straight out.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the power button located on the bottom of the handle for a few seconds until the display lights up.
• To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.

6.2 Adjusting Speed Levels

• Once powered on, the device will start at the lowest speed setting.
• Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the LCD touch screen to increase or decrease the vibration speed.
• There are 30 adjustable speed levels (1200-3200 RPM). The current speed level will be displayed on the screen.

Gently apply the massage head to the desired muscle area. Move the device slowly over the muscle, applying light to moderate pressure. Avoid pressing too hard or staying in one spot for too long.
