Thank you for purchasing the Aiwa Exos-3 Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your speaker to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product.

The Aiwa Exos-3 is designed for immersive audio experiences with powerful 60W output, deep bass, and IPX7 waterproof rating, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

3. Product Overview

3.1 Speaker Components

3.2 Internal Design

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Aiwa Exos-3 speaker. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the DC 5V IN port on the speaker and a compatible USB power adapter (not always included, but the product description mentions it comes with a USB charging block). The battery indicator lights on the front will show charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 4-5 hours and provides up to 20 hours of playtime.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the Power On/Off button (refer to Figure 3.2) for 2-3 seconds to turn the speaker on or off. A sound prompt will indicate the power status.

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Turn on the Aiwa Exos-3 speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing blue LED.
  2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Aiwa Exos-3" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue, and you will hear a confirmation sound.

5.3 Wireless Stereo Pairing (TWS)

For an enhanced audio experience, you can pair two Aiwa Exos-3 speakers together for true wireless stereo sound.

  1. Ensure both Exos-3 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the Pair button (refer to Figure 3.2) for 3 seconds until you hear a prompt.
  3. The primary speaker will search for the secondary speaker. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and both speakers will indicate a successful TWS connection.
  4. Now, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 5.2. Audio will play in stereo across both speakers.

5.4 Using as a Power Bank

The Aiwa Exos-3 can charge your mobile devices. Connect your device to the DC 5V OUT (USB-A) port on the speaker using the provided USB-A to USB-C cable or your device's charging cable.

5.5 Auxiliary Input (AUX IN)

To play audio from a non-Bluetooth device, use the provided 3.5mm Aux cable. Connect one end to the AUX IN port on the speaker and the other end to your audio source's headphone jack. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Waterproof Care (IPX7)

The Exos-3 is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. To maintain its waterproof integrity:

  • Ensure the rubber flap covering the charging and AUX ports is securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.
  • Do not expose the speaker to salt water or other chemicals. If exposed, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.
  • Do not charge the speaker if the ports are wet.

6.2 Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

7. Troubleshooting
