Setup

1. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the 20V Lithium-ion battery pack using the provided battery charger. Connect the charger to a power outlet and then to the battery. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status. A full charge typically handles approximately 4x 195/60R14 tires or 3x 215/60R16 tires from flat to 36 PSI.

2. Attaching the Battery or 12V Car Power Adapter

The inflator can be powered by either the 20V battery or the 12V car power adapter. To attach the battery, slide it into the base of the inflator until it clicks securely into place. To use the 12V car power adapter, remove the battery (if attached) and plug the adapter into the inflator's power port, then into your vehicle's 12V outlet (cigarette lighter socket).

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On and Setting Desired Pressure

Press the power button to turn on the inflator. The digital display will illuminate, showing the current pressure and allowing you to select your desired pressure unit (PSI, BAR, KPA, KG/CM). Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the target pressure. The digital gauge provides +/-2 PSI accuracy.

2. Connecting to the Inflatable

Select the appropriate nozzle for your item (tire valve, sports ball needle, etc.) and securely attach it to the inflator's air hose. Then, firmly connect the nozzle to the item you wish to inflate. For tires, ensure the valve stem is clean and the nozzle is fully seated to prevent air leaks.

3. Starting Inflation and Auto Shut-off

Once the desired pressure is set and the nozzle is connected, press the inflation button to start the air compressor. The inflator will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached, preventing overinflation. This feature ensures a worry-free experience.
