1. Introduction and Overview

2. Safety Information

3. Setup

3.1 Assembly

3.2 Battery Charging

The unit is powered by two 12V 7Ah rechargeable deep cycle non-spillable sealed lead-acid (AGM) batteries, totaling a 24V MAX series connection system. Before first use, fully charge the batteries. Connect the charger to a standard electrical outlet and then to the charging port on the wheelbarrow. The battery indicator on the handle will show the charging status. Allow sufficient time for a full charge as indicated in the separate battery charging instructions.

3.3 Connecting Components

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Controls

The wheelbarrow features user-friendly controls located on the handlebar. These include a power switch, a battery level indicator (Full, Half, Empty), and a linear speed thumb throttle for precise control over movement.

4.2 Starting and Stopping

  • To start: Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position. Gently press the thumb throttle to engage the motor.
  • To stop: Release the thumb throttle. The motor will disengage, and the unit will come to a stop. For immediate stopping, use the brake mechanism if equipped.

4.3 Speed Control

The wheelbarrow offers variable speeds:

  • Forward Speed: 0-5 km/h (0-3.1 MPH)
  • Reverse Speed: 0-3.5 km/h (0-2.2 MPH)

Adjust the speed by varying the pressure on the thumb throttle. Always operate at a speed appropriate for the load, terrain, and your comfort level.

4.4 Loading and Hauling

The unit has a maximum working load capacity of 330 lbs (150 kg) and a 4 cu.ft tub capacity. It can hold 85 liters of water or 5 liters of sand. Distribute the load evenly in the tub to maintain balance and stability. The 13-inch heavy-duty all-terrain pneumatic tire provides excellent traction and maneuverability over various surfaces.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Care

  • Always fully charge the batteries after each use to prolong their lifespan.
  • If storing the unit for an extended period, ensure batteries are fully charged and recharge them every 1-2 months to prevent deep discharge.
  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place.

5.2 Cleaning

Clean the wheelbarrow after each use. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the frame and tub. Avoid using high-pressure washers directly on electrical components. The aluminum housing and powder-coated steel frame are designed for durability and resistance to rust and scratches.

5.3 General Inspection

  • Regularly check all bolts, nuts, and fasteners for tightness. Tighten as necessary.
  • Inspect the tire for proper inflation and wear. Maintain recommended tire pressure.

6. Troubleshooting
