1. Open the case and remove the main foam insert from the bottom compartment.
2. Place your item(s) on the foam insert to determine the required cutout area.
3. Carefully pluck out the precut foam sections around your item(s) to create a custom cavity. The foam is designed for easy removal.
4. Once the desired shape is achieved, place the customized foam back into the case.
5. Gently place your item(s) into the newly created foam cavity.

To ensure the IP66 splash-proof seal, make sure the lid is properly aligned with the base and both latches are securely fastened. A firm click indicates proper closure.

Water and Dust Protection

The HC-1810 is designed to protect against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction. This makes it suitable for use in environments where items might be exposed to rain, spray, or dust. However, it is crucial to understand that the case is not designed for submersion. Submerging the case in water may lead to leakage and damage to contents.
