Placement
Place the unit on a stable, level countertop. Ensure adequate ventilation around the compressor area. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
Electrical Connection
The unit operates on 110V voltage and uses a standard plug. Connect the unit to a dedicated, properly grounded 110V outlet. The power consumption is 680 Watts.

The unit features a temperature control panel located at the back. This panel displays the current temperature and allows for adjustment. An LED lighting switch is also present to illuminate the interior.

Operating Instructions
Initial Startup
After installation, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle. Once plugged in, the unit will begin to cool. Monitor the temperature display to ensure it reaches the desired range.
Temperature Control
The digital temperature control panel at the back allows you to set and monitor the internal temperature. The operating temperature range is -22°C to -13°C (or -8°F to 8°F).
Loading Product
The unit is designed to hold 6 standard gelato pans/trays. Ensure products are pre-chilled before placing them into the display case to maintain optimal temperature and product quality. The unit comes with covers for the pans.

LED Illumination
The interior LED lighting can be controlled by a switch, enhancing product visibility for customers.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your gelato freezer.
Cleaning
- Interior: Regularly clean the interior with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent ice buildup and odors.
- Exterior: Wipe down exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Glass: Clean the anti-fogging treated glass with a non-abrasive glass cleaner to maintain clear visibility.
Defrosting
The unit features automatic defrost. However, if excessive ice buildup occurs, manually defrost the unit by unplugging it and allowing the ice to melt. Remove all products before defrosting.
Condenser Coil Cleaning
Periodically clean the condenser coils located at the back of the unit to ensure efficient cooling. Use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
