Introduction

The Herrfilk Electric Lunch Box DFH-001 is designed to heat your food conveniently at home, in the office, or on the go in your car or truck. This 3-in-1 portable food warmer supports 12V, 24V, and 110V power sources, ensuring a warm meal is always accessible. It features a durable stainless steel inner container and a PTC constant temperature heating system for efficient and even warming.

Setup and First Use

  1. Clean Components: Before first use, wash the 304 stainless steel inner box, the 0.45L PP additional compartment, and the spoon and fork set with warm soapy water. The stainless steel tray is dishwasher-safe. The main heating unit should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth; do not immerse it in water.
  2. Insert Seal Ring: Ensure the leak-proof seal ring is properly inserted into the edge gap of the lid to prevent spills.
  3. Place Food: Put your food into the 304 stainless steel inner box. For better heating results, especially with dry or frozen food, it is recommended to add a small amount of water to the food.
  4. Secure Lid: Close the lid securely using the clips on the sides.

Operating Instructions

  1. Connect Power: Open the socket stopper on the lunch box and insert the appropriate power cord (12V/24V for car/truck or 110V for home/office).
  2. Plug In: Plug the other end of the power cord into the corresponding power outlet (car cigarette lighter or standard wall outlet).
  3. Start Heating: The indicator light on the lunch box will illuminate, indicating that heating has started.
  4. Heating Time:
    • Summer: Approximately 30-40 minutes.
    • Winter: Approximately 40-60 minutes.
    The PTC constant temperature heating system will maintain a suitable temperature and moisture level for your food.
  5. Enjoy Meal: Once heated, unplug the lunch box and enjoy your warm meal.

Maintenance and Cleaning

  • Main Unit: The exterior of the electric lunch box (main heating unit) should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid to avoid electric shock or damage.
  • Stainless Steel Inner Box: The 304 stainless steel inner box is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. It can also be hand washed with warm soapy water.
  • PP Additional Compartment: The 0.45L PP additional compartment is also dishwasher-safe or can be hand washed.
  • Utensils: The stainless steel spoon and fork set can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher.
  • Seal Ring: Periodically remove and clean the leak-proof seal ring to ensure proper hygiene and sealing effectiveness.
  • Storage: Ensure all components are dry before reassembling and storing the lunch box.

Troubleshooting
