Setup
1. Charging the Earphones and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earphones and charging case. Connect the supplied Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the back of the case and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., computer, laptop, or USB wall adapter). The LED indicator on the case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change or turn off.
2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
- Ensure the charging case is charged and the earphones are inside.
- Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing LED lights (blue and red) on the earbuds.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Volkano Scorpio Series" from the list of devices.
- Once connected, the earbud LED lights will stop flashing or show a steady blue light. The earphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

3. Selecting Earbud Tips
The package includes three different sizes of silicone earbud tips (Small, Medium, Large). Choose the size that provides the most comfortable and secure fit for optimal sound quality and noise isolation.
Operating Instructions
Touch Control Functions
The Volkano Scorpio Series earphones feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple tap on either earbud.
Hands-Free Calling
The built-in microphone allows for clear hands-free calls. Manage calls directly from the earbuds using the touch controls.
Maintenance
Cleaning and Care
- Wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Regularly clean the earbud tips and charging contacts to ensure proper function and hygiene.
Water Resistance (IPX4)
The earphones have an IPX4 rating, meaning they are resistant to splashing water and sweat from any direction. They are suitable for workouts and light rain but should not be submerged in water or exposed to strong jets of water.
Troubleshooting
- Earphones not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged and in the case. Open the case to initiate pairing mode. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again.
- Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, then open it again. Ensure both are properly connected to your device.
- No sound: Check the volume level on both your device and the earphones. Ensure the earphones are correctly paired and selected as the audio output on your device.
- Charging issues: Verify the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean.
- Poor connection/range: Ensure there are no significant obstacles between your device and the earphones. Keep the earphones within the 33-foot Bluetooth range.
