2.3 Device Components

Familiarize yourself with the device's controls and features:

3. Safety Information

• Do not turn on the device while charging. Remove the charger after it is fully charged before use.

4. Setup

1. Charge the Device: Connect the AC adaptor to the charging port at the base of the device. Plug the adaptor into a power outlet. The battery indicator on the LED screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
2. Initial Inspection: Before first use, inspect the device for any visible damage.
3. Wear Safety Glasses: Always put on the provided safety glasses before turning on the device.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press and hold the central power button for a few seconds until the LED screen illuminates.
2. Adjust Time: Use the 'Time +' and 'Time -' buttons to set your desired treatment duration. The device allows settings from 15 to 60 minutes.
3. Select Mode: Press the 'Mode' button to switch between pulse mode and continuous mode. The selected mode will be indicated on the LED screen.
4. Adjust Intensity: Use the 'Power +' and 'Power -' buttons to select one of the three intensity levels.
5. Start Treatment: Once time, mode, and intensity are set, press the central power button again to activate the laser. The device will begin counting down the set time.
6. Apply to Area: Hold the device 2-3 inches away from the skin over the target area. You can keep it in one spot or move it gently over the area.
7. Power Off: The device will automatically turn off after the set time. To manually turn it off, press and hold the central power button.

6. Usage Guidelines & Treatment Recommendations

• Each irradiation session is recommended for approximately 30 minutes, twice a day.
• A typical course of treatment is seven days, usually followed by two or three courses.
• The device can be used on various body parts experiencing pain or inflammation, including the neck, waist, knee, elbow, and ankle. It is also suitable for use on pets.

7. Maintenance

• Clean the device regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
• Store the device in its EVA package box in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Ensure the charging port is free from dust and debris.

8. Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Press and hold the power button for several seconds.
• Laser not emitting: Confirm the device is powered on and a treatment session has been initiated by pressing the power button after setting time/mode/intensity. Ensure safety glasses are worn, as 808nm light is invisible.
• Display issues: If the LED screen is not functioning correctly, try restarting the device. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
