1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic safety precautions:
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main body of the appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Ensure the water level is always between the MIN and MAX marks on the device.

- A. Touch Operating Panel: Digital display for temperature and time settings, with touch controls for adjustment and power.
- B. Indicator Lamp Ring: Light ring that indicates the status of the device (e.g., heating, set temperature reached, set time reached).

4. Setup
- Attach to Pot: Securely attach the adjustable fixed clip of the sous vide machine to the side of a heat-safe pot or container. Ensure the clip is firmly in place.
- Add Water: Fill the pot with water. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks indicated on the stainless steel tube of the device. Do not overfill or underfill.
- Place Food: Place your vacuum-sealed food item(s) into the water bath. Ensure the food is fully submerged.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
5. Operating Instructions
The MSW Sous Vide Machine features an intuitive touch control panel for easy operation.

- Power On: Press the power button (Ⓘ) on the touch panel to turn on the device. The display will show the current water temperature.
- Set Temperature:
- Press the "SET" button (often indicated by a gear icon or similar).
- Use the up (▲) and down (▼) arrows to adjust the desired cooking temperature. The temperature range is 25-95°C (77-203°F).
- Press "SET" again to confirm the temperature.
- Set Time:
- After setting the temperature, the time setting will become active.
- Use the up (▲) and down (▼) arrows to adjust the desired cooking time.
- Press "SET" again to confirm the time and start the cooking process.
- Heating Process: The indicator lamp ring will glow red while the water is heating up to the set temperature. The display will show the current water temperature.
- Temperature Reached: Once the water reaches the set temperature, the indicator lamp ring will turn green, and the timer will begin counting down.
- Cooking Complete: When the set time has elapsed, the indicator lamp ring will turn blue, and the device may emit an audible alert.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button (Ⓘ) to turn off the device. Unplug from the outlet.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your MSW Sous Vide Machine.
Cleaning the Device:
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the device from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the device, including the control panel, with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the top part of the device in water.
- Stainless Steel Tube: For the stainless steel tube, you can use a soft brush or sponge to gently clean any residue. If mineral deposits (limescale) build up, you can fill the pot with water, add a small amount of white vinegar (e.g., 1/4 cup per gallon), and run the device at 60°C (140°F) for 30 minutes. Then, unplug, cool, and rinse thoroughly.
- Drying: Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before storing or next use.
Storage:
Store the sous vide machine in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your MSW Sous Vide Machine, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
