Important Safety Warnings

• READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE: Keep this manual for future reference.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants can suffocate in gaps between extra padding and the side of the crib. Use only the mattress provided by the manufacturer or a mattress that is at least 27 1/4 inches (69 cm) by 51 5/8 inches (131 cm) with a thickness not exceeding 6 inches (15 cm).
• STRANGULATION HAZARD: Strings and cords can cause strangulation. Keep cords, blinds, and drapes out of reach of children. Never place the crib near a window where cords could be a hazard.
• FALL HAZARD: When a child is able to pull to a standing position, set the mattress to the lowest position. Remove bumper pads, large toys, and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
• MAXIMUM WEIGHT/HEIGHT: Do not use this crib for a child who can climb out or who is taller than 35 inches (89 cm) or weighs more than 50 pounds (22.7 kg).

Mattress Height Adjustment

• Middle Position: For infants who can push up on hands and knees but cannot pull to a standing position.
• Lowest Position: For children who can pull to a standing position.

6-in-1 Convertibility
