Assembly Instructions
Assembly is required for this product. Please follow the steps below carefully.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all parts are present against the package contents list.
- Assemble the Main Frame: Connect the side panels to the top and bottom panels using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are tight and stable.
- Install Drawer Slides: Attach the drawer slides to the inner sides of the cabinet frame according to the pre-drilled holes.
- Assemble Drawers: Construct each of the three drawers. Attach the gold handles to the front of each drawer.
- Insert Drawers: Carefully slide the assembled drawers into the cabinet frame, ensuring they glide smoothly on the installed slides.
- Attach Side Tray: Secure the pull-out side tray mechanism to the designated side of the cabinet. Ensure it slides in and out freely.
- Install Tool Holders: Place the three metal tool holders into the pre-cut openings on the pull-out side tray.
- Attach Wheels: Securely attach the four swivel wheels to the bottom of the cabinet. Ensure the two lockable wheels are positioned for easy access.

Operating Instructions
Using the Drawers
The three spacious drawers (10.3''x12.6''x4.9'' each) are designed for organizing various salon equipment, styling appliances, waxing supplies, esthetician tools, and hair extensions. Pull the gold handles to open and push to close. Ensure items are placed neatly to allow smooth operation of the drawers.
Utilizing Hot Tool Holders
The pull-out side tray features three metal tool holders with varying diameters (2.5'', 2.1'', and 2.1''). These are suitable for safely storing hot tools such as curling irons, straighteners, and hair dryers. Extend the tray when needed and retract it for a compact footprint.
Mobility and Stability
The cart is equipped with four smooth-glide swivel wheels for easy movement around your salon, spa, or barbershop. Two of these wheels include a locking mechanism. To stabilize the cart, press down on the lock levers on the two designated wheels. To move the cart, release the locks.

Maintenance
Cleaning
The cart is constructed from P2 MDF, which is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and a mild cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish. For the metal tool holders, use a non-abrasive metal cleaner if necessary.
General Care
Regularly check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Lubricate wheel axles periodically if movement becomes stiff. Avoid exposing the cart to excessive moisture or direct sunlight for prolonged periods to maintain material integrity.

Troubleshooting
- Drawers not sliding smoothly: Check for obstructions in the drawer slides. Ensure the slides are properly aligned and lubricated. Verify that the drawer contents are not interfering with movement.
- Cart unstable or wobbling: Confirm that all assembly screws are tightened. Ensure the cart is on a flat, level surface. Engage the wheel locks if the cart needs to be stationary.
- Wheels not rolling freely: Check for hair or debris caught in the wheels. Clean the wheels and apply a small amount of lubricant to the axles if needed.
