1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of the INFURIDER YF-7200APP Wireless Bluetooth Clamp Meter. This device is a true RMS digital clamp multimeter designed for accurate measurement of AC/DC Voltage, AC/DC Current, Resistance, Capacitance, Temperature, Diode, Continuity, Frequency, and Duty Cycle. It features Bluetooth connectivity for remote monitoring via the AiLink app.
2. Safety Information
Always adhere to safety precautions when using electrical testing equipment. This device includes overload protection across all ranges. When measuring AC current with the clamp, it is crucial to separate the live wire and neutral conductors; otherwise, the reading will be zero. The Non-Contact Voltage (NCV) function provides an audible and visual alarm if AC voltage (90-1000V) or a live wire is detected without direct contact.
Warning: Do not attempt to measure current on both live and neutral wires simultaneously with the clamp, as this will result in an inaccurate zero reading. Always ensure the device is in good working condition before use.

4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.
- Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment.
- Insert the specified batteries (e.g., AAA) according to the polarity indicators.
- Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it.
4.2 Initial Power On
Turn the rotary switch from the "OFF" position to any desired measurement function to power on the device. The LCD display will illuminate.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Rotary Switch and Display
The rotary switch is used to select the desired measurement function. The LCD display shows the measurement readings and function symbols.

Figure 2: Key components of the clamp meter: rotary switch for function selection, LCD display for readings, and clamp jaws for non-contact current measurement.
5.2 Basic Measurements
- Voltage (AC/DC): Turn the rotary switch to the "V~" (AC Voltage) or "V-" (DC Voltage) position. Connect the test leads to the circuit in parallel.
- Current (AC/DC): Turn the rotary switch to the "60A" or "400A" position. Open the clamp jaws and enclose a single conductor (live or neutral, but not both) for AC current measurement. For DC current, ensure proper polarity.
- Resistance (Ω): Turn the rotary switch to the "Ω" position. Connect the test leads across the component to be measured.
- Capacitance (F): Turn the rotary switch to the "F" position. Connect the test leads across the capacitor.
- Temperature (°C/°F): Turn the rotary switch to the "°C/°F" position. Connect the K-type thermocouple to the meter and place the probe at the measurement point.
- Diode Test: Turn the rotary switch to the "Diode" symbol. Connect the test leads across the diode.
- Continuity Test: Turn the rotary switch to the "Continuity" symbol. Connect the test leads across the circuit. An audible beep indicates continuity.
- Frequency (Hz) and Duty Cycle (%): Select the appropriate function on the rotary switch.

5.3 Non-Contact Voltage (NCV) Function
Turn the rotary switch to the "NCV" position. Bring the top of the clamp meter near a live AC voltage source. The meter will emit an audible alarm and the NCV indicator light will flash if AC voltage is detected.

Figure 4: The NCV function allows for non-contact detection of AC voltage, indicated by light and sound.
5.4 Backlight and Flashlight
Press and hold the [HOLD] button for over 2 seconds to activate the LCD backlight and the integrated flashlight. This feature aids in reading measurements and working in dimly lit environments.

5.5 Data Hold and MAX/MIN Functions
- Press the [HOLD] button briefly to freeze the current reading on the display. Press again to release.
- Press the [MAX/MIN] button to record the maximum or minimum measured value. Press again to cycle through MAX, MIN, and current readings.

Figure 6: The HOLD button locks the display, while MAX/MIN captures extreme values.
5.6 Bluetooth Connectivity and AiLink App
The YF-7200APP can connect wirelessly to your Android or iOS smartphone/tablet via the AiLink app for remote monitoring, data logging, and analysis.
- Download the App: Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging, or search for "AiLink" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Alternatively, download from aicare.net.cn/app/ailink/download/.
- Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
- Open AiLink App: Launch the AiLink application.
- Register/Log In: Set up an account or log in using a third-party application if prompted.
- Connect Device: The app will automatically search for nearby devices. Select the YF-7200APP to connect.
- Start Measurement: Once connected, you can view real-time data, monitor, log, and analyze measurements within the app (effective range up to 15 meters).

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display.
- Storage: Store the meter in its carrying case in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods. Remove batteries if storing for a very long time to prevent leakage.
- Calibration: For professional use, periodic calibration by qualified personnel is recommended to ensure accuracy.
7. Troubleshooting
- Display shows "0" when measuring AC current:
- Ensure that only a single conductor (live or neutral) is enclosed within the clamp jaws. If both live and neutral wires are clamped together, the magnetic fields cancel out, resulting in a zero reading.
- Meter does not power on:
- Check battery installation and ensure batteries are not depleted. Replace if necessary.
- Bluetooth connection fails:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the AiLink app is open. Make sure the meter is within the 15-meter operating range. Restart both the meter and the app if issues persist.
- Inaccurate readings:
- Verify that the correct measurement function is selected on the rotary switch. Ensure test leads are properly connected and making good contact. Check for external interference.
