Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation, setup, and maintenance of your Lancer Tactical LT-24 ProLine Series 12" M4 AEG Rifle. This electric automatic rifle features a durable metal upper/lower receiver, buffer tube, and outer barrel, complemented by a nylon fiber stock and motor grip. It is designed for semi-automatic, full-automatic, and safety firing modes, delivering a muzzle velocity of 370 - 395 FPS with 0.20g BBs.

Key features include a built-in Lancer Fast Trigger and fire cutoff system MOSFET for electrical regulation and trigger contact protection, a quick-change spring system for rapid muzzle velocity adjustments, and low-resistance wiring. The rifle is equipped with an enhanced motor grip, a ball bearing spring guide, and a polished 6.03mm tight bore inner barrel for improved air seal and accuracy. The full metal Version 2 rear-wired gearbox offers easy battery access. It also features a 20mm top optic rail for accessories, an enlarged trigger guard, and a one-piece outer barrel for stability. Setup

1. Battery Installation

The LT-24 utilizes a 7.4v or 11.1v LiPo Nunchuck battery (not included). The gearbox is rear-wired, providing easy access for battery installation. Ensure the rifle is in "SAFE" mode before proceeding.

1. Locate the battery compartment, typically within the crane stock.
2. Carefully connect the battery to the rifle's connector, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Tuck the battery and wires neatly into the compartment to avoid pinching.

2. Magazine Loading

The rifle comes with a 120-round mid-cap magazine. Mid-cap magazines typically require a speed loader (sold separately) to load BBs efficiently.

1. Ensure you are using high-quality 6mm airsoft BBs, preferably 0.20g or heavier for optimal performance.
2. Insert the nozzle of a speed loader into the magazine's BB loading port.
3. Press the speed loader's plunger repeatedly until the magazine is full. Do not overfill.
4. Insert the loaded magazine firmly into the rifle's magazine well until it clicks into place.

3. Hop-Up Adjustment

The LT-24 features an adjustable rotary-style hop-up system to fine-tune BB trajectory. Adjusting the hop-up applies backspin to the BB, increasing its range and accuracy.

1. Locate the hop-up unit, typically accessed by pulling back the charging handle.
2. Adjust the rotary dial incrementally. Turning it one way increases hop (BB flies higher), and the other way decreases hop (BB flies lower).

4. Sight Installation (Optional)

The rifle is equipped with a 20mm top optic rail for mounting scopes, sights, and magnifiers. While basic sights may be included, upgrading to a red dot sight or scope is recommended for enhanced accuracy and usability.

1. Align your chosen optic with the 20mm rail.
2. Secure the optic using its mounting screws or levers. Ensure it is firmly attached to prevent movement during use.
3. Zero the optic according to its specific instructions and your preferred shooting distance.

Operating Instructions

1. Safety Precautions

Always treat your airsoft rifle as if it were a real firearm. Adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding airsoft use. Always wear appropriate eye protection (ANSI Z87.1 rated) when operating or near airsoft guns. Never point the rifle at anything you do not intend to shoot. Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire. Always engage the safety when not actively shooting.

2. Firing Modes

The LT-24 features a selector switch for different firing modes:

• SAFE: Engages the safety mechanism, preventing accidental firing. Always set to SAFE when not in use.
• SEMI-AUTOMATIC: Fires one BB per trigger pull.
• FULL-AUTOMATIC: Fires continuously as long as the trigger is held down.

3. Firing the Rifle

1. Ensure the battery is charged and installed, and the magazine is loaded and inserted.
2. Point the rifle in a safe direction.
3. Move the selector switch from "SAFE" to "SEMI" or "AUTO".
4. Aim at your target and gently pull the trigger.
5. When finished, return the selector switch to "SAFE" and remove the magazine.

1. Barrel Cleaning

The 6.03mm tight bore inner barrel benefits from regular cleaning to maintain accuracy and prevent jams.

1. Use a cleaning rod with a small piece of lint-free cloth or paper towel.
2. Apply a small amount of silicone oil (specifically for airsoft) to the cloth. Do NOT use petroleum-based lubricants.
3. Gently push the cleaning rod through the barrel from the muzzle end towards the hop-up unit.
4. Repeat until the cloth comes out clean.

2. Gearbox and Internal Components

The full metal Version 2 gearbox is robust, but periodic inspection and lubrication by a qualified technician are recommended for heavy users. The quick-change spring system allows for easy muzzle velocity adjustments, but this should only be performed by experienced users or technicians.

3. General Care and Storage

• Keep the rifle clean and free from dirt, dust, and moisture.
• Store the rifle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Always remove the battery when storing the rifle for extended periods.
• Transport the rifle in a gun bag or case to protect it and comply with local regulations.

Troubleshooting

1. Rifle Not Firing / Low Power

• Hop-Up Adjustment: Incorrect hop-up settings can cause BBs to jam or fly erratically. Adjust the hop-up incrementally.
• Magazine Issues: A faulty magazine spring or feeding mechanism can cause misfires. Try a different magazine if available.

3. Inaccurate Shots

• Hop-Up Adjustment: Fine-tune the hop-up for optimal range and accuracy with your chosen BB weight.
• BB Weight: Experiment with different BB weights (e.g., 0.25g, 0.28g) to find what performs best with your rifle and desired FPS.
• Barrel Cleanliness: A clean barrel is crucial for accuracy.
• Sights/Optics: Ensure your sights or optics are properly zeroed and securely mounted.
