Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

  1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated in the magnetic charging slots.
  2. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
  3. The LED display on the case will show the battery level during charging. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable. The earbuds will automatically charge when placed in the case, as long as the case has power.

2. Pairing with Your Device

The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.1 for a stable and efficient connection.

  1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. You may see a flashing indicator light on the earbuds.
  2. On your smartphone, tablet, or laptop, enable Bluetooth.
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices. Select "Aiwa EBTW-150BK" from the list.
  4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing.
  5. If pairing fails, turn off Bluetooth on your device, place the earbuds back in the case, close it, then reopen and try again.

Note: The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Voice Assistant

The earbuds support voice assistant functions (iOS / Android). Triple tap either earbud to activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).

Mono Mode

For convenience, the earbuds support automatic stereo to mono switching. You can use either the left or right earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect in mono mode. To switch back to stereo, take out the other earbud.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Ear Tips: The silicone ear tips are removable and sterilizable. Clean them regularly with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Charging Contacts: Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris to ensure proper charging.

Troubleshooting

  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and take them out together.
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Try re-pairing the earbuds with your device.
Poor sound quality/intermittent connection
  • Ensure earbuds are fully charged.
  • Reduce the distance between earbuds and your device.
  • Avoid obstacles (walls, large objects) between earbuds and device.
  • Move away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, microwaves).
  • Try different ear tips for a better seal.
