Key Features:

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the generator from its packaging.
  2. Inspect for any shipping damage. Contact your dealer immediately if damage is found.
  3. Ensure all included components are present.

3.2 Adding Engine Oil

The generator is shipped without engine oil. Operating without oil will cause severe engine damage.

  1. Place the generator on a level surface.
  2. Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick.
  3. Remove the dipstick and wipe it clean.
  4. Add recommended engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) to the crankcase until the oil level reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
  5. Securely replace the oil fill cap/dipstick.

3.3 Adding Fuel

Use only fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher.

  1. Ensure the generator is turned OFF and has cooled down.
  2. Move the generator to a well-ventilated outdoor area for refueling.
  3. Unscrew the fuel cap.
  4. Carefully pour gasoline into the fuel tank, up to the fill limit (approximately 13 liters). Do not overfill.
  5. Securely replace the fuel cap. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Starting the Generator (Recoil Start)

  1. Ensure the generator is on a level surface and all electrical loads are disconnected.
  2. Turn the fuel valve to the 'ON' position.
  3. Move the choke lever to the 'CHOKE' position (if the engine is cold).
  4. Turn the engine switch to the 'ON' position.
  5. Grasp the recoil starter handle firmly and pull it slowly until resistance is felt, then pull quickly and smoothly. Repeat until the engine starts.
  6. Once the engine starts, slowly move the choke lever to the 'RUN' position.
  7. Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before connecting electrical loads.

4.2 Stopping the Generator

  1. Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
  2. Allow the generator to run for a few minutes without load to cool down.
  3. Turn the engine switch to the 'OFF' position.
  4. Turn the fuel valve to the 'OFF' position.

4.3 Connecting Electrical Devices

4.4 ECO Throttle System

The ECO throttle system automatically adjusts engine speed to match the load, reducing fuel consumption and noise levels. For maximum power or when starting high-load devices, it may be necessary to switch the ECO throttle OFF.

4.5 Overload Protection

The generator is equipped with an overload protection system. If the generator is overloaded, the circuit breaker will trip, and power output will stop. Reduce the load and reset the circuit breaker to restore power.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and reliable operation of your generator. Always turn off the engine and allow it to cool before performing any maintenance.

5.1 Regular Checks (Before Each Use)

5.2 Air Filter

Clean the air filter every 50 hours of operation or more frequently in dusty conditions. Replace if damaged.

  1. Remove the air filter cover.
  2. Remove the foam filter element.
  3. Wash the element in warm, soapy water, rinse, and allow to air dry completely.
  4. Lightly oil the foam element with engine oil, then squeeze out excess oil.
  5. Reinstall the filter element and cover.

5.3 Spark Plug

Inspect the spark plug every 100 hours of operation. Replace if necessary.

  1. Remove the spark plug cap.
  2. Use a spark plug wrench to remove the spark plug.
  3. Check for carbon deposits or wear. Clean with a wire brush if needed.
  4. Check the spark plug gap (refer to specifications for correct gap).
  5. Reinstall the spark plug and cap.

5.4 Fuel Filter

Inspect the fuel filter periodically and replace if clogged or damaged. Refer to the service manual for detailed instructions.

5.5 Storage

For extended storage (more than 30 days):
