Setup
Battery Installation
The remote control requires two AAA 1.5V batteries (not included). Follow these steps to install them:
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
- Slide the cover downwards to open the compartment.
- Insert two AAA 1.5V batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
- Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

- ON/OFF Button: Press the red ON/OFF button to turn the air conditioner unit on or off.
- Temperature Adjustment: Use the ▲ (TOO COOL) button to increase the temperature setting and the ▼ (TOO WARM) button to decrease it.
Advanced Functions (Under Sliding Panel)
- MODE Button: Press this button to cycle through available operating modes (e.g., Cool, Heat, Fan, Dry, Auto). The current mode will be displayed on the remote's screen.
- FAN Button: Adjusts the fan speed. Press repeatedly to cycle through different fan speed settings (e.g., Low, Medium, High, Auto).
- VANE Button: Controls the direction of the air vanes (louvers) for optimal air distribution. Press to adjust the swing or fixed position.
- STOP Button: Used for setting or canceling timer functions.
- START Button: Used for setting or activating timer functions.
Fahrenheit and Celsius Display
This remote control supports temperature display in both Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C). To switch between these units, refer to the specific instructions for your air conditioner unit or look for a dedicated button or combination press on the remote (often a small recessed button or a combination of MODE and temperature buttons). The display will update to show the selected unit.
