Important Safety Information
WARNING! Read all instructions before using or charging.
Lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries are extremely volatile and must be handled with proper care. Failure to follow instructions below can be dangerous and may result in fire, property damage, personal injury, and/or even death.

Image: Detailed warning label for LiPo battery usage and charging, illustrating critical safety precautions.
- Adult supervision required: Adult supervision is required at all times when charging a LiPo battery. DO NOT leave a charging battery unattended. Unplug within one hour when charging is complete.
- Charging environment: Charge your LiPo batteries away from anything flammable. Use a LiPo safe bag. Unplug immediately if battery swells. Charge only in recommended temperature range: 10-30°C (50-86°F).
- Charger compatibility: Do not charge a LiPo battery with a NiMH/NiCd charger or anything else not purchased from us. For advanced chargers, follow the instruction manual.
- Inspection and disposal: Inspect all LiPo batteries before use or charge. Immediately dispose (See #6) visually damaged, deformed, rusted, wet, hot, or expired (over 3 years since first use) LiPo batteries.
- Child safety: Keep away from children and minors. This battery and/or charger is sold for the purpose of Airsoft only. Do not modify, alter, or use it for any other purpose it is not intended for.
- Environmental disposal: Used batteries contain reusable and recoverable materials. By recycling, properly dispose, and contributing to preserving resources, wrap the battery in a bag and drop off at local waste facility. Do not dispose of in fire, water, or household trash.
- Storage: Charge your LiPo battery at least once every 6 months and store charged to prevent over-discharge. Store in flame-resistant, non-pressurized, low humidity container away from sunlight.
- Over-discharge prevention: Unplug battery from Airsoft gun when charging and when not in use. Never discharge LiPo battery packs with a discharger. If motor slows down, stop using. Over-discharging may result in fire.
- Thermal runaway: If a LiPo battery is damaged or bent, unplug from the device immediately. Caution: Cells may be hot. Place the battery pack in a fire safe area and monitor for 30 minutes for abnormalities before proper disposal with caution and care.

Setup
1. Initial Inspection:
Before first use, carefully inspect the battery for any signs of damage, swelling, or deformation. Do not use if any damage is observed.
2. Charging the Battery:
- Use only a compatible Lithium Polymer (LiPo) charger with a BMS / XH 3-Pin Charging Connector. Using an incorrect charger can cause severe damage or fire.
- Connect the battery's balance lead (XH 3-Pin) to the balance port on your LiPo charger.
- Connect the main discharge lead (Small Tamiya) to the main charging port on your LiPo charger, if required by your charger model.
- Set your charger to the correct LiPo charging mode and current (e.g., 1.0A for a 1000mAh battery).
- Always charge in a fire-safe area, preferably inside a LiPo safe bag, and never leave unattended.
- Unplug the battery from the charger within one hour of charging completion.
3. Connecting to Airsoft AEG:
Locate the battery compartment in your Airsoft AEG. Connect the Small Tamiya connector of the battery to the corresponding connector in your Airsoft gun. Ensure a secure connection.
Operating
1. Powering Your Airsoft AEG:
Once the battery is securely connected, your Airsoft AEG is ready for operation. The battery provides power to the motor, enabling firing.
2. Monitoring Performance:
Pay attention to the performance of your Airsoft gun. If you notice a significant decrease in rate of fire or trigger response, the battery may be running low. Stop using the battery immediately to prevent over-discharge.
3. Disconnecting After Use:
After each use, always disconnect the battery from your Airsoft AEG. Leaving the battery connected can lead to over-discharge, which can damage the battery and pose a fire risk.
Maintenance
1. Storage:
- Store LiPo batteries in a cool, dry, and flame-resistant environment, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- For long-term storage, charge the battery to a "storage voltage" (typically 3.8V per cell). Most modern LiPo chargers have a dedicated storage mode.
- If storing for extended periods, check the battery voltage every 3-6 months and recharge to storage voltage if necessary to prevent over-discharge.
2. Handling:
- Avoid puncturing, crushing, or bending the battery.
- Do not expose the battery to water or extreme temperatures.
- Always handle with care to prevent physical damage.
3. Disposal:
LiPo batteries must be disposed of properly. Do not throw them in regular trash or fire. Take them to a designated battery recycling facility or a hazardous waste collection point. Ensure the battery is fully discharged before disposal.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Battery not charging | Incorrect charger type; loose connection; damaged battery; charger malfunction. | Ensure you are using a LiPo-compatible charger. Check all connections. Inspect battery for damage. Try a different charger if available. |
| Battery swells during charging/use | Overcharging; physical damage; internal cell failure. | Immediately disconnect and place in a fire-safe area. Do not use. Dispose of properly. |
| Airsoft gun not firing or weak performance | Battery discharged; loose connection; battery damage; AEG internal issue. | Recharge the battery. Check battery connections. Inspect battery for damage. If battery is fully charged and connected, consult your Airsoft AEG manual for troubleshooting. |
| Battery gets hot during use | Over-discharge; high current draw from AEG; internal short. | Stop using immediately. Allow battery to cool. If heat persists or is excessive, discontinue use and dispose of properly. Ensure your AEG is not drawing excessive current. |
