Safety Instructions

Setup Instructions

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the light sets from their packaging. Untangle any twisted wires.
2. Placement: Determine the desired location for your lights. Remember, these lights are for indoor use only and are not water resistant.
3. Connecting Multiple Sets: If you are using multiple sets, connect them end-to-end. Each set has a male plug at one end and a female receptacle at the other. You can connect up to 5 sets of these lights on a single electrical outlet. Ensure connections are secure.
4. Secure Placement: Secure the light string in place using appropriate fasteners that will not damage the wire insulation. Avoid placing lights where they can be stepped on or damaged.
5. Power Connection: Once the lights are securely placed and connected, plug the main power plug into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Operating your Home Accents Holiday string lights is straightforward:

1. Power On: Plug the light string into a live 120V AC electrical outlet. The lights will illuminate.
2. Power Off: To turn off the lights, simply unplug the string from the electrical outlet.
3. Continuous Illumination: A key feature of these lights is that if one bulb burns out, the remaining bulbs in the string will stay lit, ensuring continuous illumination.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your lights.

• Bulb Replacement: If a bulb burns out, unplug the light string. Gently pull the burned-out bulb straight out from its socket. Insert a new spare bulb (provided) into the socket, ensuring it is fully seated.
• Fuse Replacement: If the entire string does not light up, the fuse in the plug may need replacement. Unplug the light string. Slide open the fuse access cover on the plug. Carefully remove the old fuse and replace it with a new spare fuse (provided). Close the fuse access cover securely.
• Cleaning: Disconnect the lights from power. Wipe bulbs and wires with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
• Storage: When not in use, carefully coil the light string and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
