Safety Instructions
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

- Motor Unit: The main body containing the motor and controls.

Setup
- Before First Use: Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Attaching Beaters/Dough Hooks:
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed control is set to "0" (off).
- Insert the beaters or dough hooks into the beater slots. Push firmly until they click into place. The beaters are interchangeable; the dough hooks are designed to fit specific slots (one with a collar, one without).
- Connecting to Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Your MOSAIC Hand Mixer offers 3 speeds and a Turbo function for versatile mixing tasks.
- Selecting Attachments:
- Use the stainless steel beaters for whipping cream, beating eggs, mixing cake batter, and general mixing.
- Use the stainless steel dough hooks for kneading bread dough, pizza dough, and other heavy mixtures.
- Mixing:
- Place ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Lower the beaters/dough hooks into the ingredients.
- Slide the speed control switch to the desired speed (1, 2, or 3). Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing, then increase as needed.
- For an extra burst of power, press and hold the TURBO button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.

- Ejecting Attachments:
- Once mixing is complete, slide the speed control switch back to "0" (off).
- Lift the mixer slightly from the bowl.
- Press the EJECT button firmly to release the beaters or dough hooks.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity of your hand mixer.
- Cleaning Attachments: The stainless steel beaters and dough hooks are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water and dried thoroughly.
- Cleaning Motor Unit: Unplug the mixer. Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
- Storage:
- Ensure the mixer and all attachments are clean and dry before storing.
- The beaters and dough hooks can snap into the integrated storage base.
- The electric cord can be wound around the base and the plug inserted into the designated slot for neat storage.
- Store the mixer in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting
