1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the mixer.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
- Do not let cord contact hot surfaces, including the stove.
- Always operate the mixer on a dry, stable, and level surface.

3. Product Components

- Mixing Bowl: 8-liter stainless steel bowl with handles.
- Splash Guard: Transparent cover to prevent splattering, with an access hatch for adding ingredients.
- Whisk: Stainless steel attachment for whipping liquids, egg whites, and cream.
- Beater: Aluminum attachment for mixing cakes, cookie dough, and batters.

4. Assembly and First Use (Setup)
4.1 Before First Use
- Unpack the mixer and all its accessories.
- Clean the mixing bowl, splash guard, whisk, beater, and dough hook with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. These parts are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
4.2 Assembly
- Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the anti-slip cups are firmly attached to the counter.
- Press the tilt-up knob to release the motor head and lift it to the open position.
- Place the mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the grooves, and turn it clockwise until it locks securely.
- Select the desired attachment (whisk, beater, or dough hook). Insert the attachment into the shaft and turn it counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
- Lower the motor head by pressing the tilt-up knob again and gently pushing the head down until it locks.
- Attach the splash guard by placing it over the mixing bowl, ensuring it fits snugly around the attachment shaft.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Operation
- Ensure the mixer is properly assembled and the motor head is locked down.
- Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Plug the mixer into a 220V power outlet.
- Turn the speed control knob to the desired speed setting (1-6). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed.
- For quick bursts of power, turn the knob to the 'P' (Pulse) setting and release.
- During mixing, you can add ingredients through the access hatch on the splash guard.
- When finished, turn the speed control knob to '0' (Off) and unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
- Press the tilt-up knob to raise the motor head, then remove the attachment by turning it clockwise and pulling it down.
- Unlock and remove the mixing bowl by turning it counter-clockwise.
5.2 Attachment Usage Guide

- Whisk: Ideal for quickly whipping liquids, sauces, egg whites, and cream. Use at higher speeds (4-6).
- Beater: Suitable for mixing cakes, cookie dough, fudge, and mashed potatoes. Use at medium speeds (2-4).
- Dough Hook: Perfect for kneading bread dough, pizza dough, and cinnamon rolls. Use at lower speeds (1-2).
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
- The mixing bowl, splash guard, whisk, beater, and dough hook are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the motor unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing.
6.2 Storage
Store the mixer and its accessories in a clean, dry place. Ensure the power cord is neatly wrapped and not kinked.
