2. Safety Information
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious injury, read all important precautions and instructions in this manual before using the treadmill.
- Always attach the safety key clip to your clothing before starting the treadmill. The treadmill will stop if the safety key is disengaged.
- Ensure the treadmill is placed on a flat, stable surface with adequate clear space around it (at least 2 meters behind and 0.6 meters on each side).
- Keep children and pets away from the treadmill during operation.
- Do not operate the treadmill if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped or damaged.
- Wear appropriate athletic footwear and clothing. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in moving parts.
- Do not step on or off the treadmill while the belt is moving.
- Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
- The maximum user weight for this treadmill is 120.2 kg (265 lbs).
3. Setup
The Goplus 2-in-1 Folding Treadmill comes largely pre-assembled, requiring minimal setup.
3.1 Unboxing and Placement
Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging. Due to its weight (approximately 31.53 kg), it is recommended to have two people for unboxing and initial placement. Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface.
3.2 Power Connection
Connect the power cord to the treadmill's power input and then to a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in. The power cord is approximately 5 feet long.
3.3 Unfolding the Handrail (Running Mode)
To use the treadmill in running mode, lift the handrail into its upright position. Secure it firmly according to the locking mechanism. The handrail provides stability and allows for higher speeds.

When the handrail is raised, the safety key must be in place for the treadmill to operate.
3.4 Folding for Walking Mode or Storage
For walking mode, the handrail can remain folded down. This allows the treadmill to be used as an under-desk walking pad. For storage, the compact design and built-in transport wheels facilitate easy movement and storage under a bed or sofa.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
Locate the power switch near the power cord connection. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the treadmill. The LED display will illuminate. To power off, flip the switch to 'OFF'.
4.2 Safety Key
The safety key is a crucial safety feature. Attach the magnetic end of the safety key to the designated area on the treadmill console. Clip the other end to your clothing. The treadmill will not start or will stop immediately if the safety key is not properly engaged or is pulled off.
4.3 Operating Modes and Speed Control
The treadmill offers two primary operating modes:
- Walking Mode (Handrail Down): When the handrail is folded, the maximum speed is limited to 4 km/h (approximately 2.5 mph). This mode is ideal for under-desk use or light walking.
- Running Mode (Handrail Up): When the handrail is raised and secured, the treadmill can operate at speeds up to 12 km/h (approximately 8 mph). This mode is suitable for jogging and running.

Speed is controlled via the included remote control. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the speed. The remote also has a start/stop button.

4.4 LED Display
The integrated LED display shows key workout metrics:
- TIME: Duration of your workout.
- SPEED: Current speed of the running belt.
- DISTANCE: Total distance covered during the workout.
- CALORIES: Estimated calories burned.

4.5 Bluetooth Speaker and Phone Holder
The treadmill includes a built-in Bluetooth speaker. To connect, enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and pair with the treadmill (refer to your device's Bluetooth settings for pairing instructions). You can then play music through the treadmill's speaker. A phone holder is integrated into the handrail for convenient placement of your device.

4.6 Smart App Control
For enhanced control and tracking, download the Gymax app (or similar app mentioned in the product details, e.g., Esangaudio/GymaxLinker) from your device's app store. Connect the treadmill to your phone via Bluetooth through the app. The app allows you to:
- Adjust speed.
- Record exercise data (time, distance, calories).
- Set training goals.
- Interact with other users (if applicable).

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.
5.1 Cleaning
Wipe down the treadmill surfaces with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5.2 Running Belt Lubrication
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and wear. Apply silicone lubricant under the belt every few months, or as indicated by usage. Two bottles of lubricant are typically included. For easier application, consider using products with a long tube attachment. Refer to visual guides or videos for proper belt loosening and lubrication techniques.
5.3 Running Belt Adjustment
Over time, the running belt may become off-center or loose. Use the included Allen wrench to adjust the belt tension and alignment. Adjusting the rear rollers clockwise tightens the belt, and counter-clockwise loosens it. Adjusting one side more than the other can center the belt. Make small adjustments and test the treadmill after each adjustment.
5.4 General Inspection
Periodically check all bolts and nuts for tightness. Ensure all components are securely fastened.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your treadmill, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Treadmill does not power on. | Power cord not connected, power switch off, circuit breaker tripped, or faulty power supply. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Check power switch. Reset circuit breaker if necessary. Contact customer support if problem persists. |
| Running belt stops abruptly. | Safety key disengaged. | Ensure the safety key is properly attached to the console and your clothing. |
| Excessive noise during operation. | Lack of lubrication, loose components, or worn parts. | Lubricate the running belt (see Section 5.2). Check and tighten all bolts and nuts. If noise persists, contact customer support. |
| Running belt is off-center. | Uneven belt tension. | Adjust the running belt (see Section 5.3). |
| Treadmill speed does not change or is inconsistent. | Remote control battery low, remote not paired, or motor issue. | Replace remote control battery. Ensure remote is paired. If using app, check Bluetooth connection. Contact customer support if problem persists. |
