- This product is designed for indoor use only. Do not expose to water or high humidity.
- Ensure the power supply voltage matches the product requirements (12V DC).
- Do not connect the LED strip directly to 120V/240V AC power. Use the provided 12V DC power adapter.
- Avoid bending the LED strip sharply, as this may damage the circuit.
- Do not cover the LED strip or power adapter with flammable materials during operation to prevent overheating.
- Keep out of reach of children.
2. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present in your package:
- 1 x 9.8ft (3m) Non-Waterproof RGB 5050 LED Strip
- 1 x 44-Key Infrared (IR) Remote Control
- 1 x IR Receiver/Controller Box
- 1 x 12V Power Adapter (US Plug)

3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Preparation
- Unroll the LED strip and lay it flat.
- Clean the surface where the strip will be installed. Ensure it is dry and free of dust or oil.
- If necessary, cut the LED strip to your desired length. Cut only along the designated cut marks (copper pads) indicated on the strip.

3.2 Connection
- Connect the 4-pin connector of the LED strip to the IR receiver/controller box. Ensure the arrows on both parts align.
- Connect the DC plug of the 12V power adapter to the IR receiver/controller box.
- Plug the 12V power adapter into a standard wall outlet.

3.3 Mounting
- Peel off the protective backing from the 3M adhesive tape on the back of the LED strip.
- Carefully press the LED strip onto the cleaned surface, applying firm and even pressure along its entire length.
- Ensure the IR receiver is exposed and not obstructed, as it needs a clear line of sight to the remote control.
4. Operating Instructions
Use the 44-key IR remote control to operate your LED strip lights.

4.1 Basic Functions
- Power On/Off: Press the ON or OFF button.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the Brightness Up (▲) and Brightness Down (▼) buttons.
- Static Colors: Select from 20 preset colors using the color buttons.
- RGB Buttons: Press R (Red), G (Green), B (Blue) for primary colors.
- White Light: Press the W button for white light.
4.2 Dynamic Modes
The remote offers 8 dynamic modes:
- FLASH: Jumps between colors.
- STROBE: Flashes a single color.
- FADE: Fades through colors.
- SMOOTH: Smooth transition through colors.
- JUMP3: Jumps between 3 colors.
- JUMP7: Jumps between 7 colors.
- FADE3: Fades between 3 colors.
- FADE7: Fades between 7 colors.
Use the QUICK and SLOW buttons to adjust the speed of dynamic modes.
4.3 DIY Color Creation
The remote allows you to create and save 6 custom colors:
- Press one of the DIY1 to DIY6 buttons to begin customizing. The light will change to white for the first time.
- Use the Red Up (▲), Red Down (▼), Green Up (▲), Green Down (▼), Blue Up (▲), and Blue Down (▼) arrows to adjust the intensity of each color component.
- Once you achieve your desired color, press the same DIY button again to save it.
- Repeat for other DIY slots.
5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your LED strip lights.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the LED strip with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Adhesive: If the strip begins to peel, reinforce with additional adhesive tape or clips (not included).
- Remote Control: Replace the CR2025 battery in the remote control when its range decreases or it stops responding.
- Storage: If storing the lights for an extended period, disconnect from power and store in a cool, dry place.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
