1. Important Safety Information
WARNING:

3. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your VIVOHOME Portable Personal Steam Sauna Spa.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging.
- Unfold Sauna Tent: The sauna tent is designed to pop open. Gently remove it from its carrying bag and allow it to expand. Exercise caution as it may unfold quickly.
- Place Absorbent Pad: Lay the absorbent pad flat on the bottom interior of the sauna tent. This helps manage any condensation.
- Set Up Chair: Unfold the provided chair and place it inside the sauna tent.
- Position Steam Generator: Place the 3L steam generator on a stable surface outside the sauna tent, ensuring it is close enough for the hose to reach.
- Connect Steam Hose: Connect one end of the steam hose to the steam outlet on the generator and the other end to the designated inlet on the sauna tent. Ensure connections are secure to prevent steam leakage.
- Fill Steam Generator: Open the lid of the steam generator and fill it with clean water up to the MAX line. Distilled water is recommended to prevent mineral buildup.
- Add Herbs/Essential Oils (Optional): If desired, place herbs or essential oils into the medicine box and secure it inside the sauna tent, ensuring it does not block the steam flow.

4. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, your VIVOHOME Portable Personal Steam Sauna Spa is ready for use.
- Power On: Plug the steam generator into a power outlet. The digital display will illuminate.
- Set Time: Use the "TIME" buttons on the steam generator or remote control to set your desired session duration (1-99 minutes).
- Adjust Power/Temperature: Use the "POWER" or "LEVEL" buttons to select the desired heating level (1-9). Higher levels provide more intense steam and heat. The temperature can range from 68°F to 116.6°F.
- Start Steaming: Press the "ON/OFF" button to begin the steaming process. The steam generator will start heating the water. It typically takes 7-10 minutes to reach the desired temperature.
- Enter Sauna: Once steam begins to fill the tent, enter the sauna and sit on the chair. Adjust the hood and zippered openings for your head and hands as needed.
- Enjoy Your Session: Relax and enjoy the steam. You can use the foot massage roller or cervical massage tool during your session.
- End Session: The steam generator will automatically shut off after the set time. You can also manually turn it off by pressing the "ON/OFF" button.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your sauna.
- Drain Steam Generator: After each use, unplug the steam generator and allow it to cool. Carefully drain any remaining water from the reservoir.
- Clean Steam Generator: Periodically clean the inside of the steam generator to remove mineral deposits. A mixture of water and vinegar can be used for descaling. Rinse thoroughly with clean water afterward.
- Clean Sauna Tent: Wipe down the interior of the sauna tent with a damp cloth after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution. Ensure the tent is completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold or mildew.
- Store Properly: Fold the sauna tent and place all components back into the carrying bag for compact storage.
