Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol, or ammonia-based cleaners, as these can damage the screen surface. For the monitor casing, use a soft, dry cloth.

4.2. General Care

  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the monitor or its cables.
  • Do not expose the monitor to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or extreme cold.
  • Keep the monitor away from liquids and high humidity.
  • Ensure proper ventilation around the monitor to prevent overheating.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1. No Power / No Display

  • Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the monitor and the power outlet.
  • Verify that the rear power switch is in the 'On' position and the front power button is pressed.
  • Check if the power outlet is functioning correctly by plugging in another device.

5.2. No Signal

  • Confirm that the video cable (USB-C, HDMI, or DisplayPort) is securely connected to both the monitor and your computer/device.
  • Ensure the correct input source is selected in the monitor's OSD menu.
  • Test with a different video cable or port if available.

5.3. USB Ports Remain Powered After Monitor Sleep/Shutdown

Some users have reported that the USB ports on the monitor may continue to supply power even when the monitor is in sleep mode or turned off. This behavior can vary depending on the monitor's firmware version and the connected device's power management settings. If this is an issue, consider manually disconnecting USB devices or turning off the monitor completely at the power source if the connected device does not require continuous power.

5.4. Daisy-Chaining Issues

  • Ensure your computer's graphics card and operating system fully support DisplayPort 1.2 Multi-Stream Transport (MST).
