4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your Spokey Onego Hometrainer:
- Attach Stabilizer Bars: Secure the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure they are tightened securely for stability.
- Install Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal typically tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal clockwise. Thread them carefully into the crank arms and tighten firmly.
- Mount Seat and Seat Post: Insert the seat post into the main frame. Attach the seat to the seat post. Do not tighten the height adjustment knob yet.
- Install Handlebar Post and Handlebars: Insert the handlebar post into the main frame. Attach the handlebars to the handlebar post. Connect any necessary cables from the main frame to the handlebar post.
- Connect Display Console: Attach the display console to the handlebar post. Connect the sensor cables from the main frame and any pulse sensor cables from the handlebars to the corresponding ports on the back of the display.
- Final Check: Review all connections and ensure all bolts and nuts are securely tightened. Place the hometrainer on a level surface.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Adjusting Seat Height
To adjust the seat height, loosen the adjustment knob located on the seat post. Raise or lower the seat to your desired position, ensuring your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point. Tighten the knob firmly to secure the seat.

5.2 Adjusting Handlebar Height
The handlebar height can be adjusted for comfort. Loosen the adjustment knob on the handlebar post, raise or lower the handlebars to a comfortable position, and then tighten the knob securely.
5.3 Adjusting Resistance
The Spokey Onego Hometrainer features 8 levels of magnetic resistance. To increase resistance, turn the resistance knob clockwise. To decrease resistance, turn it counter-clockwise. Start with a lower resistance and gradually increase as your fitness improves.
