Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective grinding of coffee beans or spices.

Grinding Process:

  1. Add Ingredients: Place the desired amount of coffee beans or spices into the removable stainless steel cup. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line (approximately 1.8 oz / 50g of coffee beans).
  2. Secure Lids: Place the inner lid onto the removable cup, then position the outer transparent lid on top of the unit. Ensure both lids are properly seated. The grinder will not operate if the lid is not correctly in place.
  3. Start Grinding: Press down firmly on the outer transparent lid to activate the grinding blades.
  4. Monitor Grinding: Observe the grinding process through the transparent lid. Release pressure on the lid to stop grinding.
  5. Achieve Desired Fineness:
    • Coarse Grind: Approximately 10 seconds of grinding.
    • Medium Grind: Approximately 20 seconds of grinding.
    • Fine Grind: Approximately 30 seconds of grinding.

Note: Grinding times are approximate and may vary based on ingredient type and desired consistency. For best results, use short pulses rather than continuous grinding.

  6. Remove Ground Ingredients: Once grinding is complete, unplug the unit. Carefully remove the outer lid, then lift out the removable cup to pour out the ground contents.
